in 2950 subjects,including 1472 hbsag positive patients and 1478 hbsag negative control, all of them were obversved in 10 years and the standardized mortality ratio of primary carcinoma of liver were calculated in each group.results:①in hbsag positive groups,the smr were 8.85 in men and 12.50 in women,in hbsag negative groups, the smr were 2.87 in men and 3.40 in women, there were significant difference among different groups;②the trend of correlation between hbsag and primary carcinoma of liver were alike in 5 years before and after;③there were not any significant difference observed about the smr of carcinoma ventriculi and esophagus cancer in different groups.

采用前瞻性研究，自1996年7月起对观察对象随访10年，其中hbsag阳性者1472例，阴性者1478例，于2006年10月用流行病学方法分析各种标化死亡比等观察结果。结果：①hbsag阳性组的肝癌标化死亡比男、女分别为8.85与12.50，hbsag阴性组的肝癌smr分别为2.87与3.47，两组之间差异显著；②hbsag与肝癌的关系在前后5年的趋势相似；③hbsag阴性和阳性组的胃癌及食道癌的标化死亡率无统计学差异。

Results Positive HCV RNA was found in supernatants of B cell line. HCV Ag and HCV RNA were also showed positive. Electron microscopy observed HCV spherical virus like particles with a diameter of approximately 65 nm and 110nm and the "bud mutation"of HCV in the cytoplasmic vesicles of B lymphocytes.

结果细胞系上清液中HCV RNA呈阳性，细胞内HCV抗原及HCV RNA均呈阳性，电镜观察结果发现细胞内存在65nm和110nm圆球型病毒颗粒，并可见病毒芽生形成现象。

Results: 1 The analysis revealed that GAP-43 immunopositive neurons in rats were localized in all the layers of lateral geniculate nucleus and the layers II -VI of visual cortex area 17,and GAP-43 is stained by a ring and dot figure and brown-yellow colour in cytomembrane ; 2, In the critical period, gene expression concentration and number of GAP-43 immunopositive neurons, in both the lateral geniculate nucleus and the visual cortex area 17, received from the deprived eyes, are reduced.

结果：1、GAP-43在正常大鼠视觉系统表达主要见于外侧膝状体全层和视皮质17区Ⅱ—Ⅵ层神经元胞膜中，呈环状或点状棕黄色免疫阳性反应；2、在敏感期内剥夺眼对侧外侧膝状体和视皮质17区GAP-43表达的免疫阳性神经元染色变淡(P＜0.05)，且免疫阳性神经元数目减少(P＜0.05)。

Results The body weight, visceral fat and body weight ration, as well as the levels of blood glucose, insulin, triglyceride, total cholesterol, LDL, and total FFA, were significantly lower in high fat-fed group than in control group (P.01). The aortic tunica intima was intact, the number of foam cells was decreased, and inflammatory cells infiltrated into the med-intima smooth muscle of the n-3 PUFA group. However, with no such changes were observed in control and n-3 PUFAs groups. Results:CKH,CK8 and CK19 were positive in spindle-shaped and polygonal epithlium tumor cells.Vimentin was positive in mesenchymal fibrocytes and smooth muscle actin in some mesenchymal cells.

结果：免疫组化标记表明，肿瘤上皮中梭形、多边形细胞CKH、CK8、CK19呈不同程度阳性，间质中纤维细胞vimentin阳性，部分间质细胞smooth muscle actin阳性。

Results In 136 patients, a total of 72cases sputum culture positive, the positive rate of 52.9% sputum culture for three consecutive single bacteria were 16 cases, the positive rate of 11.8%.16 patients sputum results were:hemolytic streptococcus 6 cases, 4cases of Pseudomonas aeruginosa , Klebsiella pneumoniae in 2 cases and gas production Bacillus 2 cases , Enterobacter Bacillus 2 cases, 136 patients with 386 cases sputum culture times , 106 times positive(27.5%), and consecutive three or more times a train 4 the same bacteria ,only 42 cases(10.8%); the same single-64 cases sputum culture , which amounts to 16.6%.

结果 在136例患者，共72例痰培养阳性，阳性率52.9%，痰培养连续3次为单一细菌者为16例，阳性率为11.8%。16例患者痰菌结果分别为：溶血性链球菌6例，绿脓杆菌4例，克雷伯氏杆菌2例，产气杆菌2例，阴沟杆菌2例，136例患者386例次痰菌培养，106例次阳性（27.5%），而连续3次以上培养为相同一细菌，仅为42例次（10.8%）；非相同单一痰菌培养64例次，占16.6%。

Results （1）The positive rates or the scorings of MMP-1,MMP-9and MVD were significantly higher in human gallbladder neoplasm than that in human chronic cholecystitis（P.01）,But the positive rates of MMP-2in human gallbladder neoplasm were significantly lower than that in human chronic gallbladder cholecystitis（P.01）.（2）The closely positive correlations were found among the expressive scorings ofMMP-1,MMP-9,TIMP-2,MVD and the clinicopathological type,differentiated degree,with or without metastasic tumor.

结果：模型C组于免疫注射第3周左右开始出现活动减少，倦怠嗜卧，食欲体重下降等表现，模型B组有14只SD大鼠于免疫注射第4～5周出现上述症状，较C组为轻；模型组肌酶谱中，肌酸激酶、乳酸脱氢酶、谷草转氨酶与对照组比较明显升高，模型C组较模型B组升高更显著；模型组肌电图时限缩短，波幅降低，多相波增多；磁共振检查模型B组和C组选送标本中各有一例有阳性改变，表现为T1MI等或稍低信号，T2MI及STIR序列为高信号，提示肌肉炎症水肿改变；模型B组有11只，模型C组全部大鼠骨骼肌出现病理改变，表现为横纹肌局灶性分布的肌纤维变性炎细胞浸润，间质小血管壁增厚、扩张，随机选送的心肌标本中有3例有阳性改变，表现与骨骼肌相仿，选送的肺标本中有1例有阳性改变，表现为蛋白渗出，炎症细胞浸润和小血管改变。
