Results:① Neuroglobin-immunocreactive positive cells were detected in cortex, thalamencephalon, hippocampus, hypothalamus, cerebellum, brain stem and spinal cord;② Ngb-IR positive nerve cells were also detected in peripheral nervous system such as intramural ganglia, myelinated nerve fiber and retina;?Substantial Ngb protein expression was also found in metabolically active endocrine tissues such as the pituitary gland , adrenal gland and testis.?

结果：(1)在所观察的大脑皮质、海马、丘脑、下丘脑、脑干、小脑和脊髓神经细胞都出现Ngb蛋白免疫阳性反应，不同区域表达强度不同：(2)在外周神经系统的神经节、有髓神经纤维和视网膜也观察到Ngb免疫阳性反应；(3)垂体、肾上腺、睾丸也可见到Ngb-IR阳性细胞。

Nickel sulfate was the most frequent sensitizer, followed by Thimerosal, Potassium dichromate, Fragrance mix and Formaldehyde. Frequencies of contact allergy to Thiuram mix, Mercapto mix, Imidazolidinyl urea, and bronopol were relatively low.

结果： 1 129 例受试者中，阳性反应747例，阳性反应率较高的变应原依次是：硫酸镍、硫柳汞、重铬酸钾、芳香混合物、甲醛，阳性反应率较低的变应原有：秋兰姆混合物、硫氢基混合物、咪唑烷基尿素、溴硝丙二醇。

Result The nested PCR assay was specific and there is no cross-reaction with other parasites, such as Eimeria spp., Cryptosporidium spp., Giardia sp., Toxoplasma sp., Trichuris sp. and cattle ciliate. The assay was able to detect as low as 2.85 × 10^(-2) fg of control positive DNA. The results of detection of clinical samples revealed that the assay was coinciding with microscopic examination.

该套式PCR能特异性地扩增出牛源环孢子虫基因组DNA中相应片段，与艾美耳球虫、隐孢子虫、贾第虫等10种相关原虫基因组DNA无交叉反应；最低能检测到2.85×10^(-2)fg的阳性参照DNA；对临床样品检测结果表明PCR技术检查阳性者显微镜检查都为阳性。

Results IL-6R immunoreactive cells were observed in the anterior of optical area,the ventromedial nucleus,the periventricular nucleus and arcurate nucleus of the hypothalamus.The strongly stained cells are concentrated in the granule cell layer of the dentdate gyrus and the pyramidal cells of the CA1-CA2 fields of the hippocampus.IL-6R positive cells are also detected in the cortex, the ventromedial nucleus of the thalamus,bed nu stria,olfaltory tubercle.

结果 IL-6R 免疫反应性细胞主要分布在下丘脑的视前区、腹内侧核、室旁核和弓状核；在海马， IL-6R 阳性细胞呈强阳性，密集分布于齿状回颗粒细胞层和 CA1～ CA2锥体细胞层；在大脑皮层、嗅结节、丘脑腹内侧核、终纹床核等处也有 IL-6R 阳性细胞。

The sensitivity rates of HPV, TCT, HPV ＋ TCT, VIA, VILI, VIA ＋ VILI and colposcopy were 96.67 %, 89.47 %, 97.98 %, 56.57 %,36.36 %, 63.64 % and 39.39 %, and the specificity rates were 85.00 %, 96.91%, 86.97 %, 94.60 %, 96.23 %, 92.97 % and 98.14 % respectively.

Results ①p53 positive expression rate in cervical carcinomas 85.71%( 30 /35) was significantly higher than that in normal cervixes 6.67%( 2 /30),P= 0.001.②p53 expression is correlated with the differentiation state and pathologic grades.The positive expression rate of p53 in the cervical carcinomas of grades Ⅰ 57.14%(8 /14) was significantly lower than that in the cervical carcinomas of grades Ⅱ 86.67%(13 /15) and grades Ⅲ 100.0%(6 /6),P＜0.05.③The positive rate of PCNA in the cervical carcinoma of grade Ⅰ 64.29% was signifi cantly lower than that in the grade Ⅱ 93.33% and grade Ⅲ 100.0%,P＜0.05.Conclusion Our data indicate that the alteration of p53 is involved in cervical carcinoma.

结果 ①P53蛋白在宫颈癌组织中的表达率为85.71%(30 /35)，明显高于在正常宫颈组织中的表达率6.67%( 2 /30)，P = 0.001；②P53蛋白阳性表达率与宫颈癌组织的病理学分级有关，P53在宫颈癌Ⅰ级中的阳性表达率57.14%（8 /14）明显低于Ⅱ级86.67%（13/15 和Ⅲ级100.0%(6/6)，P＜0.05；③宫颈癌组织PCNA阳性表达率Ⅰ级64.29％明显低于Ⅱ级93.33％和Ⅲ级100.0%，P＜0.05。

RESULTS The positive rate of P-gp170expression in cervi-cal cancer pre-radiotherapy was58%（22/38）.Among them,the positive expression rates were10/18（56%）,6/10,4/6and2/4in keratinizing,nonkeratinizing squamous-cell carci-noma,adenocarcinoma and adeno-squamous-cell carcinoma respectively.The positive rate of post-radiotherapy was90%（34/38）and among them,the positive expression rates were16/18（89%）,8/10,6/6and4/4in keratinizing,nonkera-tinizing squamous-cell carcinoma,adenocarcinoma and adeno-squamous-cell carcinoma respectively.

结果 宫颈癌组织P-gp170阳性表达在放疗前为58%（22/38），其中角化型、非角化型鳞癌、腺癌及腺鳞癌分别为10/18（56%），6/10，4/6，2/4例；放疗后其P-gp170阳性表达为90%（34/38），其中角化型、非角化型鳞癌、腺癌及腺鳞癌分别为16/18（89%），8/10，6/6，4/4例，P-gp170表达阳性强度较放疗前亦呈增高趋势。
