The results showed that IL-1 receptor-like immunoreactive neurons existed in both nodose ganglion and vagal paraganglion in normal rat. In nodose ganglion most of cells were small or medium in size, whereas almost all cells in vagal paraganglion were positive.

结果表明，正常大鼠结状神经节和迷走旁节中均存在IL-1Ⅰ型受体样免疫反应阳性的神经元，结状神经节中阳性神经元以中、小细胞为主；迷走旁节中几乎所有的细胞均呈IL-1Ⅰ型受体样免疫阳性。

结果显示：(1)正常对照组和双侧迷路毁损组大鼠的脑内均未检测到Fos样免疫阳性产物；(2)两轴旋转刺激组的大鼠在给予复杂的围绕两轴旋转的加速度刺激后，在大鼠脑和脑干的多个核团内均可检测到Fos样免疫阳性神经元，其阳性产物主要表达于细胞核。

Ad-BMP-2 transferred MSCs cultured in fibrin gel was positive in Aniline dyeing, Immunohistochemical. The therapy effect of group was better in histology, biochemistry and biomechanics in all periods than the other two groups, and was similar to the natural cartilage.

结果 ①Ad-BMP-2转基因MSC BMP-2、CollagenⅡ的PT-PCR分别在3、5d呈阳性，CollagenⅡ的Western Blot 9d为阳性，较对照组有显著差异；②转基因MSC经纤维蛋白体外三维培养后免疫组化和苯胺蓝染色呈阳性，电镜显示细胞生长良好，有基质合成；③转基因修复组各时期大体、组织形态学和组织化学成份均显著优于其它两组，12W时力学和组织学已接近正常关节软骨。

The results showed that the purified serum can recognize MUC1 protein ..proliferation assays of T-cells from spleen of Balb/C inoculated with the positive phages showed that T-cells were markely proliferated in absence of adjuvant during immunization , which demenstrated that phage might be a proper vector for the immunization.

Many neurospheres and cells immunoreactive to Vimentin, GFAP, MAP2, 02, p75NGFR, GFAP, S-100, Synaptosis, Vimentin, Tau (Tau is only positive in cocultureof HNSCs+HOECs) could be found;(6)The supernatant fluid triturated from adult rat spinal cord stimulates NSCs to differentiate into neurons, but do not terminally differentiate;(7)Fibroblasts and O4 oligodendrocytes are not supported to grow under this culture medium.Part II: Isolation, culture and identification of rat and human olfactory ensheathing cellsOlfactory ensheathing cells/glials are the most powerful cells to enable the regeneration of axons in the central nervous system.

结果表明：①在适宜的浓度体外培养条件下，NSCs能形成典型的神经干细胞克隆球，Vimentin免疫荧光染色阳性，单靠丝裂原刺激或NSCs自我调节和分化诱导，不会产生典型的终末分化的成熟神经细胞；②海马源性的NSCs维持干细胞特性的时间更长，生物学特性更优；③传至第2～3代的NSCs尚未分化时移植最佳；④体外培养的NSCs能自我调控分化为神经元、星形胶质细胞、O2少突胶质细胞、雪旺氏细胞染色阳性克隆球和前体细胞；⑤各种子代克隆球和细胞存在广泛的突触联系；⑥NSCs与OECs联合培养时，不需丝裂原刺激即能形成克隆球，获得大量Vimentin、GFAP、MAP2、O2、p75NGFR、GFAP、S-100、Synaptosis、Vimentin、Tau(Tau只有人HNSCs+HOECs联合培养时出现阳染)染色阳性的克隆球和细胞；⑦脊髓研磨后的上清液刺激神经干细胞向神经元方向分化，但并不出现终末分化；⑧本研究培养条件不利于成纤维细胞、O4生长。

Result: Immunohistochemic results indicate that after HBO treatment, the expression of CytC and Bax in the neuronal cytoplasm decline significantly ( P.05) except in the time of 72 hours after TBI; the Bcl-2 expression is up-regulated significantly(p.05) after TBI. The images of electromicroscope indicate that before 24hr after TBI, mitochondria of control groups become more swoln even fracted and the matrixes become vaguer than those of being treated with HBO.
