The resultsof FR3A and FR3 are very near while the positive rate of FR2 was much lower.However,the latter has a good compensation to the former two.Among the 6negative cases of FR3A,three were positive when amplified with FR2.All ofthe samples from 4 cases of T cell lymphomaand 3 cases of reactivehyperproliferationare negative and one out of the 3cases of Hodgkins'lymphomasamples was positive.

FR3A与FR3结果相近，FR2阳性率较低，但6例FR3A阴性的标本中有3例FR2结果阳性，表明二者有较好的互补性。4例T细胞淋巴瘤和3例反应性增生结果均为阴性，3例霍奇金病中有1例阳性。

The protocol for the detections of all the AIV isolates, the H5-subtype and the optimization of reactions were studied with a H5-subtype reference isolate BSG1. A 229bp-band of AIV specific and a 380bp-band of H5 subtype specific were amplified individually with the designed primers of AIV specific and H5-subtype specific respectively by the developed RT-PCR technique from isolate BSG1. A double-PCR was also developed which can detect all the AIVs and identify the H5-subtype AIVs. The results of specificity experiment showed that there was no specific band could be amplified with the samples of Newcastle disease virus, infectious bronchitis virus, infectious laryngotracheitis virus, egg drop syndrome virus and infectious bursal disease virus.

结果应用通用引物可从BSG1毒株扩增到与预计大小相符的229bp AIV特异性片段，应用H5亚型鉴定引物则可从BSG1毒株扩增到与预计大小相符的380bp H5亚型特异性片段；在此基础上建立了可检测所有AIV毒株以及可同时进行H5亚型毒株鉴定的二重RT-PCR方法；检测方法的特异性试验结果表明，该方法对新城疫病毒、传染性支气管炎病毒、传染性喉气管炎病毒、产蛋下降综合症、传染性法氏囊病毒无交叉反应；检测方法的敏感性试验结果表明，通用引物扩增、H5亚型特异性引物扩增以及二重PCR扩增反应的组织样品总RNA的最低检出量分别为0.0217μg、0.0217μg和2.17μg；对20份临床样品检测中，有10份为AIV阳性，其中有5份为H5亚型病毒阳性。

Accuracy between two groups was calculated byχ~2 test.Calculate the average effective radiation dose of the 30 patients.Results In group A,seventeen patients underwent both DSCT coronary angiography and SCAG,among 255 segments of 17 patients,105 lesion sites of 70 segments were diagnosed stenosis or obstruction,of them,95 lesion sites were confirmed by SCAG.The accuracy of DSCTCA was 90.48%.The agreement of two methods have a high agreement(Kappa =0.853).In group B,13 patients underwent both DSCT coronary angiography and SCAG,among 195 segments of 13 patients,73 lesion sites of 57 segments were diagnosed stenosis or obstruction, of them,65 lesion sites were confirmed by SCAG.The accuracy of DSCTCA was 89.04%.The agreement of two methods have a high agreement(Kappa =0.835). There was no significant difference(χ~2=0.098,p＞0.05) between the accuracy of two groups.The effective radiation dose of 30 patients was 3.67±0.43 mSv.Conclusion Compared with SCAG,prospectively ECG-gated transverse DSCT is a valuable examination to detect and diagnose coronary artery disease with a low dose coronary angiography.The accuracy of the DSCT is approximate to the SCAG.There was no significant difference between the accuracy of two groups.

结果200例患者均成功完成了适应性前瞻性心电门控双源CT冠状动脉血管成像；30例同期行SCAG检查的患者，A组17例：HR≤75 bpm，可评价冠状动脉节段255个，70个冠状动脉节段有105处不同程度的狭窄，95处狭窄程度与金标准SCAG相符，其阳性诊断准确率为90.48%；2种方法的诊断结果得到了较高的一致性(Kappa值=0.853)。B组13例；HR≥91 bpm，可评价冠状动脉节段195个，57个冠状动脉节段有73处不同程度的狭窄，65处狭窄程度与SCAG相符，其阳性诊断准确率为89.04%；2种方法的诊断结果得到了较高的一致性(Kappa值=0.835)。2个心率组间的诊断准确率无明显统计学差异(x~2=0.098，p＞0.05)。30例患者的平均有效辐射剂量为3.67±0.43 mSv结论适应性前瞻性心电门控双源CT冠状动脉成像是一种有效减低辐射剂量的扫描方式，其诊断准确率与金标准SCAG相比得到较高的一致性，且高、低2个心率组间诊断准确率无明显统计学差异。

结果 RT-PCR检测SDNSF mRNA在正常大鼠脊髓中的表达，损伤后4天SDNSF 的mRNA表达上升，损伤8天到达高峰，此后SDNSF 的mRNA表达逐渐减少，到16天恢复到正常水平；脊髓切片原位杂交结果发现SDNSF的 mRNA 阳性细胞主要分布于脊髓灰质细胞中，可能是神经元细胞，结果表明正常脊髓可表达SDNSF；脊髓损伤后8天，原位杂交显示SDNSF阳性细胞明显增多。

In addition, MVD value was positively correlated with the expression level of MMP-9 and Integrin beta-3 mRNA (P＜0.05). The five year survival rate of patients with positive mRNA expression and mean MVD value≥39.5/mm2 were significantly lower than those of patients with negative mRNA expression and mean MVD value＜39.5/mm2; The expression of MMP-9 was significantly corelated with the expression of integrin β3 (P＜0.05). Conclusion The expression of MMP-9 and Integrin β3 can promote tumor angiogenesis and contributes to tumor invasion and metastasis in gastric carcinoma.

结果 MMP-9和Integrinβ3 mRNA 阳性表达率分别为58.10％和60.95％，其阳性表达与胃癌生长方式、浸润深度、脉管侵犯、淋巴结及远处转移均密切相关（P均＜0.01）； MMP-9、Integrin β3 mRNA 的阳性表达病例的平均血管数均高于阴性表达病例的平均血管数（P均＜0.05）；MVD值分别与MMP-9和Integrin β3 mRNA的表达水平呈正相关（P均＜0.05）； MMP-9和Integrinβ3 mRNA的阳性表达以及MVD值≥39.5病例的5年生存率显著低于阴性表达和MVD 值＜39.5的病例；MMP-9和Integrin β3 mRNA表达存在显著相关性（P＜0.05）。

The correlation between Survivin and p53 expression and histological tyes and clinical stages in ovarian carcinoma were analysed.

结果： 1。卵巢癌p53和Survivin蛋白阳性表达率在卵巢癌组织中P53蛋白阳性表达率为54.84%(34/62)与正常对照组比较有显著差异(p＜0.01)；在浆液性囊腺癌中P53蛋白表达阳性表达率为56.52%(26/46)在黏液性囊腺癌中P53蛋白阳性表达率为57.14%(8/14)两组间无明显差异(p＞0.05)。

The prewashed samples and postwashed samples were analyzed by seminal fluid assay.RESULTS:(1) The positive rate of semen HBV DNA was 21.05%(12/57) with 4.7810~4copies/ml on average; the positive rate of serum HBV DNA was 81.82%(45/55 with 2.3310~7copies/ml on average. There is positive rank correlation between semen HBV DNA copies and serum HBV DNA copies;(2 There were 7 positive cases in 21 samples before washing, the 6 cases except one were positive after washing;(3) there arepositive rank correlation between viability、round cells、 abnormal morphology and semen HBV DNA copies.

结果：（1）精液HBV DNA阳性检出率为21.05%（12/57例），平均拷贝数为4.7810~4/ml，血清HBV DNA阳性检出率为81.82%（45/55例），平均拷贝数为2.33(10~7/ml，精液与血清HBV DNA拷贝数等级间存在正相关关系；（2）21份用于洗涤的精液标本中，7份精液HBV DNA阳性，阳性率为33.33%（7/21例），洗涤后仍有6份标本阳性；（3）精液常规分析显示精子活力、圆细胞数、精子畸形率与精液中HBV DNA载量之间存在正相关关系。

R ESULT S: Strong specific staining for Smad1,4,5 was detected in the odont oblasts of normal and carious teeth. Weaker staining was observed in the u nderlying cell-rich layer and pulp core.
