The expression of NSE was detected in cortex of adrenal cortical hyperplasia, cortical adenomas and pheochromoeyte carcinoma, hut not in that of pheochromocytoma and normal adrenal. The expression of SYN was detected in cortex of corticohyperplassia, cortical adenomas, medull neoplasm, chromophile tumor and pheochromocyte carcinoma, but not in that of cortical adenocarcinoma and normal adrenal. The expressions of CgA, NSE and SIN were detected in the medulla of all cases. Conclusion The characteristic of CgA, SYN and NSE in cortex and medulla of adrenal are useful in the differential diagnosis of tumor and hyperplasia in the adrenal.

结果 肾上腺皮质腺瘤、皮质腺癌、嗜铬细胞瘤和嗜铬细胞癌的皮质中均可见CgA染色阳性细胞，皮质增生、髓质增生和正常肾上腺病例皮质CgA染色阴性；肾上腺皮质增生、皮质腺瘤、皮质腺癌、髓质增生和嗜铬细胞癌NSE染色呈阳性，嗜铬细胞瘤和正常肾上腺皮质NSE染色呈阴性；皮质增生、皮质腺瘤、髓质增生、嗜铬细胞瘤和嗜铬细胞癌的皮质中SYN染色呈阳性，皮质腺癌和正常肾上腺皮质SYN染色呈阴性；所有病例髓质CgA、NSE和SYN染色均呈强阳性。

Results:Three immunophenotypes were determined: MCs positive for tryptase, no immunodetectable chymase; MCs positive for chymase, no immunodetectable tryptase ; and MCs positive for tryptase and chymase .

结果：三种免疫表型被确定：肥大细胞的类胰蛋白酶阳性、类糜蛋白酶阴性；类糜蛋白酶阳性、类胰蛋白酶阴性和类胰蛋白酶阳性、类糜蛋白酶阳性。

The results show as follows:(1) immunoreactive neurons of NPY in pigeon cerebellum tire mainly located in the Purkinje cell layer of the cerebellar cortex, especially in the top of Purkinje cell in cerebellar folia:(2) a few neuropeptide Y immunoreactive neurons are observed in the central nuclei of cerebellar white matter .which is different from silky fowl, chick and rat;(3) none of neuropeptide Y immunoreactive neurons are found both in the molecular and granular layer.

结果显示：(1)小脑内神经肽Y(neuropeptide Y，NPY)阳性神经元主要存在于小脑皮质的蒲肯野氏细胞层，且以小叶顶端的蒲肯野氏细胞阳性明显；(2)小脑白质中央核可见到少量阳性神经元，不同于乌鸡、肉鸡及大鼠；(3)分子层、颗粒层未见阳性反应细胞。

Observation with transmission electron microscope showed that interalveolar septa were widened with increased amount of collagen in the MP infected rats while there were no obvious abnormalities in the other two groups.(2) Positive expression of bFGF mRNA were found in alveolar walls of MP infected rats. No expression of bFGF mRNA was found in control animals. In the rats infected with MP but treated with erythromycin positive expression of bFGF mRNA was found to be scarcely distributed in alveolar walls.

The percentage of TGF-β〓 positive cell in the pancreatic cancer tissue (43.8±5.2)％ was significantly higher than that in adjacent pancreatic tissue (28.7±3.6)％, P＜0.05. The worse the cancer cells differentiated and lymphy node metastasis, the more over-expression of TGF-β〓. 2. The percentage of Tr positive cell in the pancreatic cancer tissue (41±4)％ was significantly higher than that in adjacent pancreatic tissue (23±3)％, P＜0.05. The worse the cancer cells differentiated and lymphy node metastasis, the more over-expression of Tr, but the expression of Tr protein was not correlated with lymphy node metastasis (P＞0.05). 3. The percentage of β-GCD positive cell in the pancreatic cancer tissue (62.5± 4.1)％ was significantly higher than that in adjacent pancreatic tissue (33.5±2.8)％, P＜0.05. The worse the cancer cells differentiated and lymphy node metastasis, the more over-expression of β-GCD in pancreatic cancer tissue, but the expression of β-GCD protein was not correlated with lymphy node metastasis. P＞0.05. 4. the expression of β-GCD was significantly correlated with TGF-β〓 and Tr in the pancreatic cancer tissue.

结果如下：1、胰腺癌组织TGF-β〓阳性细胞百分率(43.8±5.2)％明显高于癌旁胰腺组织(28.7±3.6)％，P＜0.05；且癌细胞分化愈差或有淋巴结转移TGF-β〓过度表达愈多。2、胰腺癌组织Tr阳性细胞百分率(41±4)％，明显高于癌旁胰腺组织(23±3)％，P＜0.05；且不同分化程度胰腺癌组织Tr表达强度不同，分化程度愈低，表达强度愈高，P＜0.05；但胰腺癌Tr表达强度与淋巴结是否转移无关，P＞0.05.3、对于胰腺癌组织TGF-β〓和Tr表达，检测胰腺癌组织(32例)β-GCD阳性细胞百分率分别为(62.5±4.1)％或(62±4)％，分别明显高于癌旁胰腺组织β-GCD阳性细胞百分率(33.5±2.8)％或(43±3)％，P＜0.05；不同分化程度胰腺癌组织β-GCD表达强度不同，分化程度越低，表达强度越高，P＜0.05；但胰腺癌组织β-GCD表达强度与淋巴结是否转移无关，P＞0.05.4、TGF-β〓、Tr和β-GCD在胰腺癌组织中的表达随着分化程度的改变，呈现一致性的关系，而且TGF-β〓与淋巴结转移有关，Tr和β-GCD与淋巴结是否转移无关。

BFGF immunoreaction was detected at 3-weeks' embryonic neuroepithelium, and remained positive throughout various development a l stages examined, whereas NGF immunoreaction appeared after 4-weeks. The expres sion varied gradually with the development of embryos. There was no specific EGF immunoreaction in all tissues and stages examined. The occurrence and distribut ion of FGFR, NGFR and EGFR were similar, and their expression altered with the development.

结果显示bFGF和NGF的表达时序不同，b FGF阳性细胞出现较早，在所检测的各个发育阶段均呈阳性表达，而NGF出现较晚，随着胚龄增加，免疫阳性着色逐渐增强，bFGF分布较NGF广泛，而EGF在所检测的各个发育阶段均呈阴性。flg、TrkA、EGFR表达时序和分布相似，三者在所检测的各个发育阶段均呈阳性。

Results: The results showed that NOS positive neurons existed in all the auditory afferent nucleus while NOS negative neu-rons existed in the superior olivary nucleus. Most of NOS positive neurons in CNC were located in the posterior ventral cochlear nu-cleus ,which were round or oval bipolar neurons. NOS positive neurons were also found in potine widely.
