Result Of the 90 HLER E.faecium,85.6%(77/90) were positive for ermB gene,and 15.6%(14/90) positive for both tnpA and ermB gene. All isolates were negative for mef gene.

Results The sensitivity (82.1%), likehood ratio (4.49), and Youden′s index (0.638) of UmA S/D were higher than those of UtA S/D;the sensitivtity (85.7%), specificity (82.9%), likehood ratio (5.01), and Youden′s index (0.686) of UmA △Q were all higher than those of UtA △Q; and the various indexes of UmA △Q and UtA △Q were higher than those of UmA S/D and UtA S/D; each index of IlA S/D and IlA △Q was lower.

And then it decreased significantly till postnatal 12w. nNOS mRNA was highly expressed from postnatal 1 d to 3 d. The high expression of NIDD mRNA appeared at the 8 hour after spinal cord injury, and co-localized with nNOS in neurons of ventral horn, intermedial zone, the area around central canal and dorsal horn, and recovered to the normal at dry 7 day after SCI.

Results: The immunoreactive products of NT-4 were distributed the large neurons of ventrolateral and intermedius zone. The immunoreactive product was mainly located in cytoplasm,and many neurites were stained. In addition,many positive neurons in the dorsal horn were oberseved too.
