Results:The results showed that rate of the drug fast is very high. As the bacteria distribution ,the main pathogenic bacteria was the gram-negative bacilli(65.33 %), the second pathogenic bacteria was the gram-positive cocci(18.29%). and the mycetes(16.38%) occupied the third. In gram-negative bacilli the most were Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Acinetobacter baumannii,Klebsiella pneumoniae and Escherichia coli;Staph is the main pathogenic bacteria in gram-positive cocci;and in mycetes the main pathogenic bacteria were Candida albicans and Candida glabrate.

结果：EICU医院感染病原菌多为耐药菌，病原菌以革兰阴性杆菌为主占65.33％、革兰阳性球菌第二占18.29％、真菌第三占16.38％；革兰阴性杆菌中以铜绿假单胞菌、鲍氏不动杆菌、肺炎克雷伯菌及大肠埃希菌为主；革兰阳性菌主要以葡萄球菌属为主；真菌以白假丝酵母、光滑假丝酵母菌为主。

MSCs were cultured in a conditional medium in subculture including: dexamethasone, vitamin C, and β-glycerophosphate. At the same time, we constructed the eukaryotic expression vector containing VEGF165gene. VEGF165 gene was transfected into MSCs by means of LipofectAMINE?2000. The stably gene expressive cells were screened with G-418 for 14 days.

结果 脑出血后脑内bFGF主要在扣带皮质、海马、缰核及其他区域表达，阳性细胞骨折主要有神经哮喘元、神经哮喘胶质、吞噬细胞骨折、室管膜细胞骨折、伸长细胞骨折等；Ln不仅在大脑皮质、海马、缰核、下丘脑等区域的神经哮喘元表达，且在这些区域的神经哮喘胶质细胞骨折也表达，血管也有阳性反应。

Compared to hyper-cholesterol diet group, the expression of PCNA in both neo-intima and media was decreased,and TUNEL was increused in Hemal Heji group.

Results Incidence of AFP-positive gastric carcinoma was 6.2%(87/1395). Sixty-three cases of AFP-positive gastric carcinoma were divided into four subtype: hepatoid type 22 cases (34.9％), fetal gastrointestinal type 15 cases (23.8%), and mixed type of the hepatoid type with enteroblastic differentiation to be 24 cases(38.1%), and yolk sac tumor-like type 2 cases (3.2％).

It was found by means of protein fluorescence detection that the number of MAP-2 masculine neurone in the hippocamp of AD rat in model group and zinc reinforce post-AD group decreased distinctly. There was not distinct difference in the MAP-2 expression and the number of MAP-2 masculine neurone between normal group and zinc reinforce pro-AD group.
