Results NGF and its mRNA were localized in chondrocytes in the sclera, especially in the binucleate cell. One was the pqsA' positive expression plasmid constructed by cloning the pqsA'-lacZ fusion digested from pYHP441 into miniCTX-1, whose sequence was then integrated into wild type PAO-1 chromosome by biparental mating procedure. The other was pqsA-E operon knock-out plasmid whose sequence between pqsD and pqsE operon was inserted by tetracycline cassette by the site specific insertion mutagenesis strategy and the mutant constructed by biparental mating of S17-1 that harbored the plasmid and pqsA' positive expression mutant.

一种是酶切质粒pYHP441获得pqsA'-lacZ片段后，亚克隆入质粒miniCTX-1中，构建成PqsA'的阳性表达质粒，随后将构建的质粒，通过双亲交配过程整合入野生型铜绿假单胞菌株PAO-1染色体组中；另一种是通过点特异插入诱变策略，将四环素基因盒插入启动子pqsD和pqsE之间，构建的阴性质粒转化入大肠杆菌S17-1株后，和上述pqsA'阳性表达突变株进行双亲交配过程。

The results Showed that twenty isolates have the following biological aspects:① Capability of forming capsule,② Growth at 37℃ within 3days,③ Forming brown colonies on Niger seed agar, CACA agar,④ Urea hydrolysis test positive within 96 hours.⑤ No blue colonies were found on CGB agar.⑥ The genus could be identified by ID32 identification kid, but the species could not.⑦ The sequence of the LSUrDNA D1/D2 region analyzed confirmed to be C. neoformans var neoformans.⑧ Serotype A and AD were found in these isolates, Serotype A was predominant(83.33%),⑨ Some biodiversities of isolates existed.

结果 20株菌皆具有以下特征：①形成英膜，②37℃3天内生长试验皆为阳性，③咖啡酸玉米琼脂和油菊籽培养基皆可以产生褐色菌落，④尿素酶试验96h皆呈阳性，⑤CGB培养基未见蓝色菌落生长，⑥ID32鉴定板可以鉴定到属，种的鉴定结果各不相同，⑦大亚基核糖体DNA的D1/D2区域序列分析证实皆为新生隐球菌的新生变种，⑧血清型仅见A和AD二型，以A型为多数(83.33%)，⑨20株临床分离株随机扩增DNA多态性分析有一定的生态多样性。

The beetle showed notable 5-HT-like immunoreactivity throughout the whole brain, which was also strongly labelled by TPH antibody, with the pattern matching that of 5-HT. 5-HT-like positive fibers were resolved in all areas of the brain, among which the lamina and suboesophageal ganglion showed the most remarkable dark brown immunostaining.

The pattern of 5-HT immunoreactivity and the localization of immunoreactive somata which often clustered into groups were similar among these beetles, while the immunoreactivity intensity was distinct, especially in the lamina.

结果显示，分类地位相近的三种甲虫脑结构大小相差悬殊：小青花金龟脑结构相对发达，蕈形体结构显著，具有发达的冠和叶，嗅叶发达；马铃薯瓢虫和榆紫叶甲的冠极度退化，嗅叶相对不发达；但榆紫叶甲具有十分发达的网膜后纤维和围咽神经。5-HT阳性纤维在三种甲虫的所有神经纤维网中几乎都有分布，且反应模式相似，但各神经纤维网特别是神经节层染色强度差异显著。5-HT阳性胞体有成群分布现象，且在三种甲虫脑中的空间分布位置基本一致。
