Object: To observe the change of IL-6 in serum and CSF ,learning and memory abilities, TUNEL' S apoptosis cells at hippocampus in vascular dementia rats and to probe the relations between the IL-6 and apoptosis, and to investigate the cerebral protection' s mechanism of " yizhiling" which is composed of Polygonum Multiflorum Thunb, Acorus gramineus Soland and Ploygala .

目的：观察血管性痴呆大鼠学习记忆能力，血清及脑脊液中IL-6水平，TUNEL染色阳性细胞在海马神经元的表达，和IL-6与TUNEL染色阳性细胞的关系，探讨&益智灵&脑保护作用机制。

PCNA and MCP-1 expression were both increased in RTEC in ADIN, and the MCP-1 expression in RTEC was correlated with the number of CD68+ cells in renal interstitium. OPN was highly expressed in RTEC in both ADIN and CDIN, its correlation with CD68+ cells infiltration could also be detected.

ADIN中肾小管上皮细胞PCNA及MCP-1表达均增加，后者与CD68阳性细胞数相关（r=0.6771，p.0005）；ADIN与CDIN组肾小管上皮细胞均明显表达OPN并与CD68阳性细胞数相关（r=0.5074，p.05）。

Methods A total of 1 147 blood samples were aerobically cultured by BACTEC 9050 in thishospital from Sept.1996 to Mar.1999.The positive rate,false-positive rate,false-negative rate and the time needed to positivity were analysed,respectively.

使用BACTEC 9050全自动血培养仪对1 147例血标本进行需氧培养，分析阳性率、检出菌的种类、阳性检出时间、假阳性和假阴性。

Results Positive rate of Amsel was 28%, one step sialidase was 34%, Gram-stain was 30% and amines was 24%. Using Amsel as criterion, the sensitivity of one step sialidase and amines was 92.9% and 71.4%; specificity was 88.9% and 94.4%; positive predictive value was 76.5% and 83.3% negative predictive value was 97% and 89.5%, using Gram-stain method as criterion, the sensitivity of one step sialidase and amines was 93.8% and 66.7%, specificity was 92.1% and 94.3%, positive predictive value was 83.3% and 83.3%, negative predictive value was 97.2% and 86.8% respectively.

Amsel法阳性率28%，组织多胺试验阳性率24%，一步法唾液酸酶活性的检测试验阳性率34%，革兰染色细菌评分法阳性率30%；唾液酸酶活性检测法与Amsel法，革兰染色细菌评分法相比较差异无显著性；组织多胺试验与Amsel法，革兰染色细菌评分法相比较差异无显著性；以Amsel法为标准，一步法唾液酸酶活性检测法和组织多胺试验的灵敏度分别为92.9%和71.4%，特异性分别为88.9%和94.4%，阳性预期值分别为76.5%和83.3%，阴性预期值分别为97.0%和89.5%；以革兰染色细菌评分法为标准，一步法唾液酸酶活性检测法和组织多胺试验的灵敏度分别为93.8%和66.7%，特异性分别为92.1%和94.3%，阳性预期值都为83.3%，阴性预期值分别为97.2%和86.8%。

Results The small regenerating fibers, central location of nucelus and basophilia endochylema were observed under HE stain both in the patients with DMD and PM. Anachromasis of antiNCAM monoclonal immunohistochemistry stain was found in the regenerating muscle fibers. Positive Ezrin expression was also detected in the regenerating fibers. However, this expression tapered gradually as the mature process of skeletal muscle. The expression of Ezrin was negative in the mature fibers.

结果 DMD、PM患者被检肌HE染色所见再生肌纤维直径较小、核位于中央、胞浆嗜碱性；NCAM染色再生肌纤维深染；再生肌纤维Ezrin呈阳性表达，伴随肌纤维成熟Ezrin表达逐渐减弱，成熟肌纤维无Ezrin表达；成肌细胞Ezrin呈阳性表达。

Fluorescent instruments.the colonies of the specimens yielding growth were identified by the vitek32 instruments and kb method was used for the drug sensitivity tests.results three hundred and thirtyone bacteria strains were isolated from a total of 3104 blood culture specimens,with a positive rate of 10.7%.of the identified bacteria,g+ cocci accounted for 50.3%,g-bacilli accounted for 44.7%,fungi accounted for 3.0%,and anaerobian accounted for 1.1%.the susceptibility rates of g-bacilli to imipenem,amikacin and cefoperazone/sulbactam were high.the susceptibility rate of g+ cocci to vancomycin and imipenem were also high.conclusion g+ cocci prevail over g-bacilli in the blood specimens.the staphylococci are the chief bacteria in the childrens blood specimens.both g+ cocci and g-bacilli are sensitive to imipenem.

结果 在3 104份血液培养标本中分离出病原菌331株，阳性检出率为10.7%。病原菌以革兰阳性需氧球菌居首位（50.3%），革兰阴性需氧杆菌次之（44.7%），真菌占3.0%，厌氧菌占1.1%。血液培养中的g+球菌对万古霉素和亚胺培南较为敏感，g-杆菌对亚胺培南、舒普深、丁胺卡那较为敏感。结论血液培养病原菌以g+球菌为主，g-杆菌次之；儿童血液培养病原菌以葡萄球菌属为主；亚胺培南对g+球菌和g-杆菌均具有较高的敏感率。

To establish anaplasma artificial infection model in experimental animals which treated with dexamethasone to investigate the transmission route of the pathogen, mice were infected via intra-abdominal and subcutaneous inoculation with the blood from infected cattle, the homogenate of infected gadflies and viscera of infected mice, contacting infected mice, respectively, while rabbits were infected through co-feeding with affected cattle.
