Objective: To analyze the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay from clinical samples to detect Treponema pallidum antibody positive results in the false-positive and response measures.

目的：分析酶联免疫吸附试验从临床样本中检测出梅毒阳性结果中的假阳性及应对措施。

Meanwhile,the indirect agglutination of the serum of 119 trichinosis patients with the trichine-lla chromatography antigen and the sensitive sheep erythrocyte (both were made in this institute)showed that 116 cases presented positive reaction .

同时，应用本院制作的旋毛虫层析抗原致敏绵羊红细胞，采用间接血凝法检测119例旋毛虫病人血清，阳性116例，阳性符合率达97.47％，假阴性3例，占2.53％。

结果检测到巴尔通体菌株具有分解双糖，不分解单糖、三糖和醇类，葡萄糖氧化阳性，硫化氢试验阴性、尿素分解试验阳性，氧化酶试验阴性，能产生多粘菌素等生化特性。结论全自动微生物鉴定系统能快速检测出巴尔通体一些特殊的生化反应特性。

Results PCNA positive smooth muscle cells appeared 6 hours after transplantation, increased with time, and reached a peak at 1 to 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, PCNA positive SMC in the tunica media began to decline and recovered to the 6 hour level at 8 weeks after the operation.

结果 移植术后6h，吻合口处中膜即出现PCNA阳性平滑肌细胞，并随着时间推移逐渐增高，在1~2周左右达到高峰。2周后，中膜PCNA阳性SMC开始逐渐减少，于术后8周趋于平稳。

INTERVENTIONS: In experimental group, the emetic, cisplatin, was injected abdominally 10 mg/kg. In the control, the physiological saline of same dose was injected. 干预：实验组腹腔注射催吐剂顺氯氨铂10 mg/kg，对照组注射等剂量的生理盐水后，于室温、安静、避光环境下观察大鼠的行为学变化。6 h后取大鼠脑组织，进行冷冻连续切片，用免疫组织化学染色方法观察大鼠脑干和前脑核团的Fos阳性神经元的分布，并进行阳性细胞记数。
