Results From 2007 to 2008, a total of 105 suspected Lyme disease patients were subject to the analysis, resulting in 16 positives (15.24%), including 4 out of 44 patients with neurological disorders; 1 out of 5 patients with cardiovascular conditions, 6 out of 25 patients with skin lesions; 1 out of 10 fever patients; 2 out of 14 arthralgia patients; and 2 out of 7 patients with mental disorders.

其中神经系统患者44例，阳性4例；心血管系统患者5例，阳性1例；皮肤病变25例，阳性6例；发热患者10例，阳性1例；关节痛14例，阳性2例；精神障碍疾患7例，阳性2例。16例患者应用抗生素治疗后有效率达87.50%。16例莱姆病患者分布在9个省，确诊病例以黑龙江、吉林、内蒙古地区较多。

In 30 liver tissues,there was 26 positive samples in the control,and 30 positive in the infected chickens.In 30 trachea tissues,there was 19 positive samples in the control,and 24 positive in the infected flock.In 30 Fabricius'bursa tissues,there was only 9 positive samples in the control,and 21 positive in the infected chickens.

The results showed that NOS positive neurons were present in the hippocamp us CA1～CA3） in which NOS strong positive neurons were in CA2; NOS medium positive nucleus in the nuclei nervorum non-cranialium (red nucleus、 su bstantia nigra; NOS positive neurons in the nuclei nervorum cranialium (oculomo tor、 accessory oculomotor nucleus, facial nucleus, abducens nucleus); NOS posit ive nucleus in the pons reticular formation; NOS positive nucleus in the raphe n ucleus and in the plexus chorioideus ventriculi quartic and plexus chorioideus v entriculi tertii.

结果显示：海马(CA1～CA3区)NOS为阳性、其中CA2 为强阳性++）；非脑神经核(红核、黑质为中等阳性；而脑神经核(动眼神经核、动眼神经副核、面神经核、展神经核)NOS为阳性；脑桥网状结构为阳性；缝核群为阳性；第三脑室和第四脑室脉络丛为阳性。

The CGRP-positive fibers in the MrD of the striatum connected dorsally with the bed nucleus of the stria terminals through the stria terminals, ventrally with the amygdaloid nucleus, and caudally with the CGRP-positive cell bodies in the lateral part of the substantia nigra and its dorsolateral area.(4) The CGRP-positive fibers connected mainly with the central amygdaloid nucleus, and less with the medial amygdaloid nucleus; the CGRP-positive fibers in the lateral border of the caudate putamen connected mainly with the central amygdaloid nucleus as well.

Results l.Serum concentrations of VCAM-1 in PIH (93.39 + 57.3)ug/ml were higher than that in normal pregnant group. Serum concentrations of VCAM-1 in moderate(97.89 + 34.07)ug/ml and severe PIH(132.24 + 60.97)ug/ml were significantly higher than that in normal group.(P.05, P.01). There was no difference between serum levels of VCAM-1 mild PIH and normal pregnant group. 2.Serum levels of IL-6 in PIH group(102.17 ?48. 31)pg/ml were significantly higher than that in normal group(49.16 + 12.9)pg/ml.Serum levels of IL-6 in moderate(95.79+31.19)pg/ml and severe PIH( 127.27+11.3 8)pg,ml were significantly higher than that in normal group. There was no difference between serum levels of PIH in mild PIH (52.13 + 12.90)pg/ml and normal pregnant group. 3. In PIH group, serum concentrations of VCAM-1 correlate with the levels of IL-6,r=0.63. 4.The expression of VCAM-1 in cytotrophoblast of spiral arteries in normal pregnant group(100%) were significantly higher than that in PIH group.Theexpression of VCAM-1 in moderate PIH(37.50%) and sever PIH were lower than that in normal group.There was no difference between the mild PIH and normal group.Conclusions The increased levels of serum of VCAM-1 may participate in the process of vascular endothelium damages in PIH.

结果 1、妊高征组血清VCAM-1浓度为(93.39±57.3)μg／ml明显高于正常妊娠组(44.87±15.60)μg／ml，差别有显著性(P＜0.05)；中、重度妊高征组VCAM-1浓度分别为(97.89±34.07)μg／ml和(132.24±60.97)μg／ml，与正常妊娠组比较，差异有显著性(p＜0.05)和非常显著性(P＜0.01)；轻度妊高征组VCAH-1为(48.46±15.60)μg／ml与正常妊娠组比较，差异无显著性(P＞0.05)。2、妊高征组血清IL-6含量为(102.17±48.31)pg／ml，明显高于正常妊娠组(49.16+12.9)pg／ml，差异有非常显著性(P＜0.01)；中、重度妊高征组IL-6含量分别(95.79±31.19)pg／ml和(127.27±11.38)pg／ml，与正常妊娠组比较，差异有显著性(P＜0.05)和非常显著性(P＜0.01)；轻度妊高征组IL-6含量为(52.13±12.90)pg／ml与正常妊娠组比较，差异无显著性(P＞0.05)。3、VCAM-1与IL-6水平呈明显正相关，r=0.63(P＜0.01)。4、子宫胎盘床螺旋动脉滋养细胞VCAM-1表达，正常妊娠组都存在阳性表达(阳性表达率100％)，妊高征组有10例阳性表达阳性表达率为叩们，差别有非常显著性河＜0.01L 中、重度妊高征组阳性表达率分别为37、50％和0，与正常妊娠组比较，差别有显著性河＜0.05）和非常显著性汀＜0.01太轻度妊高征组阳性表达率为83.33凡与正常妊娠组差别无显著性问＞0.05）。

Theurinary IL-6 level positively correlated with density of glomerular matrix membrane, global sclerosis, fiber or fibrocellular crescents and interstitial fibrosis (p. 05). According to the degree of density of glomerular matrix membrane and interstitial fibrosis, urinary Col-IV level had better correlation than urinary TGF-betal and IL-6 levels.In IgAN, Col-IV showed increased expression in diseased renal tissue whereas the site of expression of TGF-betal was mainly localized within the cytoplasm of tubular epithelial cells. Interstial expressionwas also present but glomerular TGF-betal expression was found only in patients with heavy mesangial proliferation. There was a significant correlation between glomerular positivity for Col-IV and severity of histological damage. There was also a significant correlation between positivity for TGF-betal and Col-IV in the tubular epithelial and interstitial lesions. In contrast, there was no ralationship between glomerular positivity for TGF-betal and severity of histological damage.The urinary TGF-betal level paralleled tubular TGF-betal expression.

结果 ①IgAN患者尿TGF-β1、IL-6、Col-Ⅳ水平较健康人明显增高(P＜0.01)，该变化与血中的浓度无关(P＞0.05)；②尿TGF-β1水平与小管间质TGF-β1阳性表达呈正相关(P=0.000)，而与小球TGF-β1阳性表达无关(P＞0.05)，尿Col-Ⅳ水平与小球和小管间质Col-Ⅳ阳性表达均呈良好的相关性(P＜0.01)，还与小管间质TGF-β1阳性表达呈正相关(P＜0.05)：③小球Col-Ⅳ阳性表达与肾组织慢性病变密切相关(P＜0.05)，小管间质Col-Ⅳ和TGF-β1阳性表达均与肾小管间质病变呈良好的相关性(P＜0.01)，而小球TGF-β1阳性表达与肾组织损伤无关(P＞0.05)；④尿TGF-β1、Col-Ⅳ水平与肾小球基质基底膜面密度、小管间质病变呈正相关(P＜0.01)，与小球内细胞数呈负相关(P＜0.05)，该结果与其在组织中的表达一致；尿IL-6水平浙江大学硕士学位论文尿TGF一B一、IL一6和Col一IV在IgA肾病中的应用价值与基质基底膜面密度、球性硬化、纤维或细胞纤维新月体所占肾小球百分数及小管间质病变均有显著的相关性(F.05)；在轻度肾病理损伤时，尿'l'G卜pl、I卜6、Col一IV水平即升高，而尿Col一W在反映细胞外基质积聚和间质纤维化程度上比尿TGF一pl和IL一6有更好的相关性。

He type of TGF β1 expression was related with lymph node metastasis and prognosis of patients. The positivity rate of TGF β1 expression only in mesenchyma in the group on lymph node metastasis was significantly lower than that in no lymph node metastasis, but the positivity rate of TGF β1 expression only in cytoplasma was higher. The prognosis of TGF β1 expression only in mesenchyma was better, but the prognosis of TGF β1 expression only in cytoplasma or both mesenchyma and cytoplasma was poor.

GF β1的阳性表达类型与肺癌的淋巴结转移及预后有关，淋巴结转移阳性组TGF β1的单一间质阳性表达率显著低于淋巴结阴性组，而单一胞浆阳性表达率高于淋巴结阴性组；半年内死亡组的TGF β1单一间质阳性表达率低于5年以上生存组，而间质胞浆均阳性的表达率及单一胞浆阳性表达率则高于5年以上生存组(P均＜0.05)。

Results: The results showed that:(1) The three types of NOS immunoreactivity were not found in rat testis until 30 days after birth;(2) NOS1 immunoreactivity was found in a few spermatocytes in rat testes on postnatal 30 days, and in spermatozoa present at the lumen surface of seminiferous tubules and some Leydig cells on postnatal 60 days;(3) NOS2 immunoreactivity appeared in a few spermatocytes, Sertoli cells and peritubular myoid cells on postnatal 30 days. On postnatal 60 days, NOS2 immunoreactivity appeared in some Leydig cells, peritubular myoid cells, Sertoli cells, very few spermatocytes and the head of immature spermatozoa in some seminiferous tubules;(4) NOS3 immunoreactivity was detected in a few spermatocytes on postnatal 30 days, as well as in the smooth muscle cells of blood vessels on postnatal 30 days and 60 days.

结果：(1)生后4、7、14 d大鼠睾丸未见3种NOS免疫阳性反应；(2)生后30 d少数精母细胞及生后60 d生精小管腔面精子和间质细胞呈NOS1阳性；(3)生后30 d少数精母细胞、支持细胞和管周类肌细胞呈NOS2阳性，而生后60 d NOS2阳性反应见于睾丸间质细胞、管周类肌细胞、支持细胞、极少数精母细胞和不成熟精子头部；(4)生后30 d睾丸内少数精母细胞和血管壁呈NOS3阳性，生后60 d NOS3阳性反应仅见于血管壁。

Results The expression of caspase-3 in lichen scleroses(positive rate was 90%) was higher than that in normal vulvar skin(positive rate was 50%) and squamous cell hyperplasia(positive rate was 59%).However,the expression of ki-67 in squamous cell hyperplasia(positive rate was 91%) was higher than that in lichen scleroses(positive rate was 60%).

Results: The immunostaining showed that intense FOS-Li and moderate NKR-Li neurons in the superficial laminae of medullae oblongata dorsal horn and their mainly part of the distribution were overlapped. Parts of the distribution of NKR-Li were obviously overlapped by the BSI-B4 labeled primary afferent C fibers and terminals.

结果：再次于形态学上证实了NKR样阳性结构及初级传入C纤维在大鼠延髓内的分布；发现大鼠延髓后角浅层密集分布NKR样阳性结构或BSI-B4标记的C纤维阳性纤维及终末，I、Ⅱ层内可见NKR样阳性神经元、深层偶见NKR样阳性神经元；但其中极少数是c-fos阳性神经元，未发现典型的NKR/FOS双标细胞。
