Due to the rapid development in Macau, more and more fire resistance material and system will be introduced into Macau. In order to ensure the quality of these material, fire resistance test are to be done to these material. A fire resistance testing furnace which complies with the time-temperature curve of BS476:Part20 was built to provide this testing service.

随著澳门之急促发展，防火物料和系统之引入将会越来越多，为了确保这些产品能符合国际之标准，本研究所亦开始提供防火测试服务，现在本所已兴建了一个符合BS476：Part20之温升曲线之燃气测试炉，能提供耐火测试服务。
