防治

In order to improve the water environment of Zhangjiagang City, the nonpoint source pollution must be prevented, in this thesis, Best Management Practices is introduced. BMP as a practice or combination of practices are effective, practicable means of preventing or reducing the amount of pollution generated by nonpoint source pollution. According to actual circumstance of Zhangjiagang, Wet Detention Pond and Grassed/Vegetated Swale are built to prevented the nonpoint source pollution.

要改善张家港的水环境状况一定要治理非点源污染，为了减轻张家港市的非点源污染，本文在阅读大量文献的基础上引入国外在防治非点源方面取得显著成效的最佳流域管理措施，根据张家港西片土地利用的实际情况建立了拦水塘坝和生态导洪渠防治非点源污染，为张家港市非点源污染的防治提出了可行性意见。

We Investigated the species of diseases and insect pests, species of natural enemies, distribution and dominant species in export vegetable bases in Shandong Province. Dynamics of main diseases and insect pests were studied.2. We investigated the main control technologies for diseases and insect pests, types and application methods of pesticides.3. Effects of crop varieties, fertilities and cultivation on diseases and insect pests, production and pesticide residues were examined.4. Control effects and application technologies of frequency trembler grid lamps, greenhouse ozone machine and insect-proof net were tested.5. By research, seven biological preparations and twelve chemical pesticides with high activity, low toxicity and low residue were screened.

主要结果如下：1查清了山东省出口蔬菜基地蔬菜病虫害发生种类，天敌种类、分布、并评价上风种；探明了主要病虫发生消长规律。2查清了山东省出口蔬菜基地目前病虫害防治的主要应用技术、施药种类及主要施药方式。3明确了作物品种、肥力、栽培方式等农业措施对病虫发生、产量和农残的影响。4明确了频振式杀虫灯、温室病害臭氧防治机、防虫网等物理措施防治效果及其应用技术。5通过实验，筛选出7种生物制剂和12种安全有效低毒低残留化学农药品种。

The survey about employing insecticide in zone of releasing Aphidius gifuensis and convention field show that: Agricultural chemicals employment number of times reduce 1.22 and average employment amount reduced 40%.

对放蜂区和常规施药防治区内烟农施用杀虫剂情况的调查表明，在放蜂区施用杀虫剂的平均次数为1.83次，而常规施药防治区为3.05次，放蜂区的施药次数比常规防治区减少40%。

The 9 common used insecticides of cypermethrin 4.5%EC, omethoate 40%EC, chlorpyrifos 40%EC, acetamiprid 3%EC, imidacloprid 10%EC provided excellent control for wheat aphids in fields. The control effects were over 90% at 7 days after spraying. The 9 insecticides had bad effects on aphidius and coccinellidae in three days after spraying and the number of two natural enemies decreased rapidly. But on the 7th day, the number of the two natural enemies increased and there were difference between those treated with imidacloprid, acetamiprid and abamectin and CK. BT had no evident difference compared to the control.

为了明确杀蚜药剂对麦蚜的防治效果、适宜的防治时期、对生态环境安全性和粮食作物食品安全性的影响，对4.5%氯氰菊酯、40%氧化乐果、40%毒死蜱、3%啶虫脒、10%吡虫啉等9种防治麦蚜的药剂进行了筛选，发现各药剂对麦蚜的防效较好，喷药后7d防效均在90%以上。9种农药在喷施后的3d内，对麦蚜的主要天敌蚜茧蜂和瓢虫影响较大，两种天敌数量锐减，但到7d时各处理蚜茧蜂数量均有回升，其中不同剂型的吡虫啉、啶虫脒和鲁植顺克处理的蚜茧蜂数量同对照相差不大。

The effect of Zea mays and Bromus riparius on soil and water loss were studied,the experiment was conducted to plant crop and grass in runoff-plots on the 15 degree slope naturally,the bare slop is CK,then the runoff and soil erosion amount and the biological characteristics of corn and meadow bromes termly were measured,and difference of soil and water loss prevention effect on the slop land were determined.The results showed that soil and water loss became less after both corn and meadow brome planting.And the leaf area and the coverage of meadow brome higher than corn,which was benefit for less soil and water loss at the rain season early.Meanwhile,roots of corn and meadow brome mainly distributed in 0-10 cm soil layer,and the root biomass of meadow brome was 2.88 times than that of corn.

试验在自然降雨条件下，在15°坡地设置作物与牧草径流试验小区，以裸地为对照，在每次降雨之后用全深剖面采样器取样，测量其径流量和土壤侵蚀量，定期测定玉米和草地雀麦的生物学特性，研究玉米与草地雀麦生物学特性变化及其坡地水土流失防治效果的差异，探索植物种植对坡地水土流失的主要影响因素，结果表明：种植玉米与草地雀麦，对坡地水土流失均有一定防治作用，但是，与玉米相比，草地雀麦的叶面积指数和覆盖度可在雨季前达到较高水平，有利于早期坡地水土流失防治。

好农药都会标明防治对象，如吡虫啉、阿克泰、艾美乐，适用于刺吸式口器的蚜虫、粉虱、叶蝉、木虱；15%多抗霉素用于防治苹果斑点落叶病、梨黑斑病；适乐时对镰刀菌、丝核菌引起的病害具有很高的防效；灭幼脲等昆虫生长调节剂适用于防治潜叶蛾类害虫和蚊类害虫，阿维菌素对叶螨类防效高。
