Results 9 latissimus dorsi flaps survives well.but 1 flap showed small necrosis at the distal part,and all patients showed good profile and function of face and neck.

结果：9例背阔肌肌皮瓣游离移植后完全存活，1例背阔肌皮瓣远端部分坏死，术后患者的面颈部功能和外形得到明显的改善。

Methods Scars on the neck and face of 10 patients were resected.scar contractures were relieved completelyt free latissimus dorsi flaps were used to repair the scar contracture.the thoracodorsal artery and comitant vein were anastomosed to facial artery and vein.the donor sites were repaired with middle thickness skin graft,2 patients were treated with expanded free latissimus dorsi flap.

10例面颈部瘢痕彻底松解后，采用游离的背阔肌肌皮瓣治疗，将胸背动静脉分别与面动静脉吻合，供瓣区采用中厚皮片移植，其中两例采用预扩张的背阔肌游离皮瓣进行修复。

The biggest skin defect was 14 cm x 20 cm in size. Skin defects were repaired with flaps, myocutaneous flaps, free skin grafts and suturations. Methods 12 patients with soft tissues defects around the foot of the diabetes were repaired by musculocutaneous,neurocutaneous axial island flaps transfer which included 4 cases of femoral forelateral flap,1 case of latissimus dorsi muscular flap,1 case of tensor fascia lata musculocutaneous flap,3 case of island flaps based on the sural nerve,1 case of island flaps based on the peroneus superficialis nerve and 2 cases of medial crural faee flap.

目的 探讨皮瓣移植修复糖尿病足组织缺损的临床效果方法采用股外侧皮瓣4例，背阔肌皮瓣1例，阔筋膜张肌皮瓣1例游离移植，腓肠神经营养血管蒂岛状皮瓣逆行转位3例，腓浅神经营养血管蒂岛状皮瓣逆行转位1例，小腿内侧皮瓣2例逆行移植修复糖尿病足组织缺损创面12例。
