White leg and yellow leg native chickens were used in the present study. After 4-week-old, 2 of the standard size castrated males and 2 females from the 2 strains would be slaughtered randomly. During slaughter, blood samples were collected immediately. After preservation, the blood samples were analyzed using the dry analysis methodology for the content.
