In the second part, by using uniform design and orthogonal design methods, some groups of mix test of foam lightweight with different component are conducted, the test data is analyzed by neural networks model and regression model, and optimum mix proportion is obtained. Orthogonal design for mix material considering density factor is presented, as well as uniform design for mix material adapting to different density. The mechanic characteristics of foam lightweight material and engineering characteristics differing from general material under an allround press are founded. Through the analysis of asymmetry settlement for Doulong sluice and the comparison of correct deflection scheme, the foam lightweight material shows some advantages in the load reduction.
