Objective: Parapharyngeal Space is a deep potential crateriform interfascial space of lateral pharynx and upper neck.

目的：咽旁间隙(Parapharyngeal Space，简称PPS)为咽外侧、颈部上段、深部的呈漏斗状的潜在性筋膜间隙。

Infratemporal space and parapharyngeal space were divided by the line from styloid process to medial or lateral pterygoid plate. Lateral pterygoid, styloid process, medial pterygoid plate and lateral pterygoid plate were important anatomical marks for imaging diagnosis.

自茎突至翼突内侧板后缘或翼突外侧板前缘的连线可区分颞下间隙与咽旁间隙，翼外肌、茎突、翼突内侧板和翼突外侧板是CT等影像诊断的重要解剖学标志。

Methods:CT findings of 100 cases of normal hips were investigated randomly,meanwhile,the relation of femoral head and the prolonged line both anterior acetabulum labra,the femoral head abterior space,the femoral head posterior space were evaluated.

随机调查100例正常髋关节CT表现，观察和测量髋臼前唇连线与股骨头的关系以及股骨头前间隙和后间隙，与28例髋臼发育不良的CT片作对照。

All of 21 LPEH children had an uneventful recovery and no plicaes and fluid were detected in follow-up by US. Conclusions: The entrapped labral plicae in the inferomedial recess of hip joint could be visualized by US.

超声检查对发现髋关节内下间隙内滑膜唇皱襞嵌顿有较好的敏感性及特异性；髋关节内下间隙内发现片状稍强回声占位性结构为超声确诊LPEH的重要依据。

Results One case with transverse mesocolon pore hernia, one with obturator hernia and one with paracecal hernia were confirmed by exploratory laparotomy. There were six cases whose hernias resulted from the fall of export jejuna into import jejuna after Billroth II anastomoses in front of colons, five from the pelvic bottoms' peritoneal fissure and four from the fissure appearing between descending colon and lateral abdominal wall after Miles' operation, one from greater omental adhesion to sigmoidal wall after sigmoidostomy, and one from inflammatory adhesion on the basis of Meckel's diverticulum. The other 17 cases' hernias (48.7%) were caused by the fissure among celiac adhesive bands, peritonea, celiac organs, enteric walls and intestines.

结果 剖腹探查手术证实为横结肠系膜裂孔疝1例；闭孔疝1例；盲肠旁疝1例；毕Ⅱ式结肠前吻合术后输出段空肠疝入输入段空肠与横结肠系膜间隙6例；Miles术后盆底腹膜裂开所致内疝5例；Miles术后降结肠与侧腹壁形成的间隙致内疝4例；大网膜与乙状结肠造口肠壁粘连形成内疝1 例；1例在梅克尔憩室基础上发生炎性粘连形成腹内疝；因腹腔粘连带与腹膜、腹腔脏器、肠壁、肠与肠之间的孔隙改变形成内疝17例（48.7%）。

Results MRI findings of nasopharyngeal carcinoma appeared as diffusely or locally thickened nasopharyngeal walls,and pharyngeal recess was closed and pharyngeal opening of auditory tube became shallow or disappeared,sometimes with parapharyngeal space、retropharyngeal space and logus capitis oppressed or invaded.

结果：鼻咽癌的MRI表现为鼻咽壁局限性或弥漫性增厚，咽隐窝闭塞，咽鼓管咽口变浅或消失，可伴有咽旁间隙、咽后间隙、头长肌受压或浸润及颈部淋巴结的转移，可见乳突积液，颅底骨质破坏。

Under the base of it, also considering the characteristics of the multi-channel multistage rimfire gas switch, much study and experiments of the surface flashover along the PMMA insulator and the PMMA housing of the switch were done. Following conclusions were drawn: After introducing PMMA insulator among the board electrodes, the voltage of the discharging of the SF6 drops by 30%. With increasing of the pressure of SF6, voltage of the discharging descends more sharply. With PMMA spacer, the dispersing of the discharging voltage of the gas gap increased as compares to the unbridged gap, such increases in value of the discharging voltage become more obvious with the gas pressure increased.

本文对SF6气体中的沿面放电及影响因素进行了分析，在此基础之上结合边缘点火多级多通道气体开关的沿面绝缘结构特点，经过大量理论分析和电场计算，对有机玻璃支撑绝缘和有机玻璃外筒进行了沿面放电研究，研究结果表明：板电极间SF6气体间隙引入有机玻璃绝缘子后，间隙放电电压平均下降约30%，随气压增大放电电压下降趋势增大，引入有机玻璃绝缘子后放电分散性明显增大，随气压增大，放电分散性呈增大趋势。
