In this paper, magnetorheological fluids and it's rheological behavior were introduced. And the principle of the disc-shaped magnetorheological fan clutch was investigated theoretically. The Bingham model was used to characterize the constitutive behavior of MR fluids subject to an external magnetic field. Based on Bingham model the expressions of the torque and the output rotational speed within the clutch is derived to provide the theoretical foundation in the discal design of the clutch. Then the calculations of the radius of the disc, the thickness and volume of MR fluids within the MRF clutch are yielded. Finally, the sketch of the clutch was designed.

文中对磁流变液的材料及流变特性进行了介绍，分析了圆盘式磁流变液汽车风扇离合器的工作原理，基于Bingham模型建立离合器的力矩模型，结果表明离合器传递的力矩随外加磁场的变化迅速变化，力矩的大小可以通过调节磁场强度的大小来控制，进一步推导了离合工作半径，工作间隙厚度等设计计算公式，最后完成了离合器的原型设计。

结果：本组术后腰间盘炎的发生率为1.3%，2例有腰部剧痛、痉挛伴下肢抽搐，余4例呈腰部剧痛伴发热，患者血沉及C反应蛋白均升高，4例行手术治疗，术中取材细菌培养均阴性。2例行保守治疗，6例病人均在术后2个月内症状明显减轻，，3～6个月随腰椎间隙融合而症状缓解。

ResultsAll 16 postoperative intervertebral discitis of lumbar disk showed spasticity lumbago, ESR increase and CRP elavation. 9 cases showed specificity changes in MRI images. Three methods were used to treat 16 cases: 5 cases were conservatively treated, 7 cases were treated with percutaneous lumbar discectomy. 4 cases were operated. All cases recovered.

16例均表现为术后痉孪性腰痛，血沉增快及C-反应蛋白增高，5例早期MRI即有特异性改变。16例椎间隙感染的病例采用3种治疗方法：5例保守治疗，7例通过经皮穿刺腰推间盘切吸术进行病灶清除置管冲洗，4例手术治疗，均获痊愈。
