Pollen tubes grew first into the intercellular space of branched penniform stigma and then through the intercellular space of transmitting tissue into the top of the ovary, further penetrating the ovary wall and primine to the micropyle. Green fluorescence was found in both pollen and pollen tubes.

Results CT scan indicated that cancer relapsed 3 to 84 months after surgery.For patients with colostomy,the CT scan showed nodular or lobulated mass in the areas of perineum and presacralis,as well as loss of presacral fat space.For patients without colostomy.CT finding included thickened rectal wall with unregular proximal tumor,rectal obliteration,rectostenosis and ddisplacement of perirectal fat space.

结果 肿瘤复发的CT表现：造瘘术后CT表现为会阴及骶前区肿块，呈结节状或分叶状，骶前脂肪间隙消失；无造瘘术后CT表现新直肠壁增厚伴不规则偏心性肿块，管腔狭窄及闭塞，直肠周围脂肪间隙狭窄移位。

A case of pancreas head enlargement misdiagnosed for tumor,a case pancreatitis effusion was through superficial inguinal canal into scrotum.

CT影像学征象如下：胰腺体积增大24例；局限性及弥漫性密度减低39例；胰体及尾部出血坏死3例；胰周间隙渗出39例；肾旁筋膜增厚及脾肾间隙模糊39例，特别是左侧肾前筋膜均累及；少量胸腔积液24例；出血性胰腺炎伴门脉及肠系膜上静脉血栓1例；炎性渗出物通过腹股沟管蔓延到阴囊1例；单纯胰头增大，误诊为胰头肿瘤1例；本组40例中合并胆石12例。

Methods Fifteen cadaveric heads were taken in this study. The arteries and veins of the heads were perfused with red and blue latex, respectively, for simulating pterion approach under microscope.
