The determination of formation fracture pressure and the geometry of hydraulic fracture is critical for designing rational fracturing program, providing optimal operation pressure, avoiding interzonal crossflow caused by excessive fracture height, and better stimulating the reservoirs.

确定地层破裂压力和水力压裂裂缝延伸几何形态，对于设计合理的压裂方案、提供合理的压裂施工压力、避免压裂裂缝高度过高导致地层间的层间窜漏、更好地达到改善储层的目的至关重要。

The results show that there are optimal damping coefficient leading to the minimum response of the primary core-tube, and that the dynamic response is not sensitive to the lesser damper stiffness, and that the optimal value affected by inter-story drift ratio of the suspended floors as constraint condition and setting reasonable structural parameters could meet the optimization objectives and the inter-story drift ratio limit of the suspended floors.

结果表明：存在最优阻尼器的阻尼系数，使得主体核筒的响应最小；当阻尼器的刚度较小时，可以忽略其对结构动力响应的影响；悬挂楼面的层间位移角作为约束条件，影响结构参数的优化值；通过设置合理的参数才能够同时满足优化目标和悬挂楼面的层间位移角限值。

The results show that the sandstone reservoirs with high porosity and permeability are mainly composed of coarse-grained lithic quartz sandstone and quartz sandstone with relatively well-preserved primary intergranular pores, relatively large median radius and average pore throat radius, and relatively low displacement pressure.

结合触角电位、毛细管气相色谱、扫描电镜、透视电镜等技术对小线角木蠹蛾雌蛾腹尖末端不同组织部位提取物的测定分析以及腺体位置和形态结构的观察发现：小线角木蠹蛾性信息素分泌腺位于腹部末端8～9节之间，是一个由节间膜特化而成的上皮结构，为一可外翻的腹褶，腺体表面分布着饱满的锥形体，羽化后2天未交尾的雌蛾腺体细胞呈单层排列，腹面中央由密集的柱形上皮细胞组成，细胞排列向两侧延伸至背部，其形状由柱形逐渐变为扁平形，细胞核为椭圆形，细胞与细胞间有明显的胞连接，细胞基底膜基褶较多，质膜上分布着微绒毛，并与内表皮连接，内表皮上有多层几丁质，外角质层染色较深，细胞质中含有空泡、线粒体、脂质粒、粗面内质网和光面内质网。
