The research of the characteristics of biology and the osteogenic and adopocitic induction are comparatively mature, showing many biological characteristics such as adherence, plasticity, heterology, self-renewal, rapid clone formation and transplantation. Adherence combined with density gradient centrifugation method is widely used in the isolation and purification of BMSCs.

Healthy spikes of high-resistant varieties had thicker cell wall and tissue of cortical sclerenchyma, more number of cortical sclerenchyma layers, more number of fibrovascular bundles, smaller area of green subcutaneous tissue in rachis, and theses differences, except number of fibrovascular bundles, enlarged over time. Considering inoculated spikes, cell wall and tissue layers of cortical sclerenchyma displayed different, and to how much extent the relationship between this difference and anti-extension ability of variety had not determined. 6. On the analysis of agronomical characters and molecular marking technology, more than 30 alien anti-Gibberella wheat materials and two mutants coming from this experiment were evaluated their hereditary multiplicity.

实验结果还证明，高抗品种和感病品种的穗轴组织结构确实存在一定差异，在健康穗中，主要表现在高抗品种的皮层厚壁细胞壁和皮层厚壁组织较厚，皮层厚壁细胞层数较多，维管束数目较多，穗轴表皮下绿色组织面积较小，抗、感品种间的差异达显著水平，随发育时间延长，高抗品种的皮层厚壁细胞壁厚度、厚壁组织厚度和厚壁细胞层数增加的幅度较大；在病穗中，主要表现在高抗品种的皮层厚壁组织细胞层数和厚壁细胞壁厚度增加的幅度较大。

Results: The results showed that:(1) The three types of NOS immunoreactivity were not found in rat testis until 30 days after birth;(2) NOS1 immunoreactivity was found in a few spermatocytes in rat testes on postnatal 30 days, and in spermatozoa present at the lumen surface of seminiferous tubules and some Leydig cells on postnatal 60 days;(3) NOS2 immunoreactivity appeared in a few spermatocytes, Sertoli cells and peritubular myoid cells on postnatal 30 days. On postnatal 60 days, NOS2 immunoreactivity appeared in some Leydig cells, peritubular myoid cells, Sertoli cells, very few spermatocytes and the head of immature spermatozoa in some seminiferous tubules;(4) NOS3 immunoreactivity was detected in a few spermatocytes on postnatal 30 days, as well as in the smooth muscle cells of blood vessels on postnatal 30 days and 60 days.

结果：(1)生后4、7、14 d大鼠睾丸未见3种NOS免疫阳性反应；(2)生后30 d少数精母细胞及生后60 d生精小管腔面精子和间质细胞呈NOS1阳性；(3)生后30 d少数精母细胞、支持细胞和管周类肌细胞呈NOS2阳性，而生后60 d NOS2阳性反应见于睾丸间质细胞、管周类肌细胞、支持细胞、极少数精母细胞和不成熟精子头部；(4)生后30 d睾丸内少数精母细胞和血管壁呈NOS3阳性，生后60 d NOS3阳性反应仅见于血管壁。

The fiber length has only little influence on the basic density within the growth rings, and significant correlation at 0.01 levels was found between the basic density and the fiber length among the different rings. Only slight negative correlation was found between the basic density and the fiber width within the growth rings, but significant positive correlation at 0.01 levels was indicated between the basic density and the fiber width among the growth rings, contrary to that of fiber length. It was demonstrated that significant positive correlations at 0.01 levels between the basic density and fiber double wall thickness, fiber length to width ratio and double wall thickness to diameter ratio, significant negative correlations at 0.01 levels between the basic density and fiber diameter and diameter to width ratio, only slight negative correlation between the basic density and fiber width both in the same growth rings and among the different growth rings. No significant correlation was found between the basic density and the vessel morphological features, nor was the tissue proportion in the same growth rings. But among the different rings, it was found there was significant positive correlation at 0.01 levels between the basic density and the fiber proportion among the different rings, and significant negative correlation at 0.01 levels between the basic density and vessel-elements proportion and ray proportion, only slight negative correlation between the basic density and the parenchym proportion. Significant or no significant negative correlation was found between the basic density and the microfibril angle in the same growth rings, but significant negative correlation was found between the basic density and the microfibril angle among the different growth rings.

生长轮内纤维长度对基本密度的影响不大，而在不同生长轮间纤维长度与基本密度达极显著正相关，纤维宽度与此相反，同一生长轮内纤维宽度与基本密度极显著负相关，不同生长轮间只有微弱负相关；基本密度与纤维双壁厚、长宽比、壁腔比在生长轮内和生长轮间均呈极显著正相关，而与胞腔直径、腔径比均呈极显著负相关，仅与纤维宽度呈微弱的负相关；导管形态对基本密度的影响不显著；同一生长轮内组织比量对基本密度的影响也不显著，但不同生长轮间基本密度与纤维比量呈极显著正相关，与导管比量和木射线比量呈极显著负相关，与轴向薄壁细胞比量仅呈不显著负相关；生长轮内基本密度与微纤丝角呈显著或不显著负相关，但在生长轮间这种负相关达到极显著水平。

The existence of larger size vortexes was identified as the major cause of wall-wetting according to the investigation of a DSI FGD reactor from NFK Co., Japan. Another cause is dewing results from the great temperature difference between the reactor wall and the main flow.

通过对一套工业试验性半干半湿FGD系统反应塔湿壁现象的测试分析发现：塔内涡流滞流区的存在，是湿壁的主要原因；塔壁与主流间过大的温差也经常导致结露湿壁。

objective to compare image manifestations values between high resolution computerized tomography and x-ray chest film in idiopathic interstitial pneumonia in the elderly.methods we analysed and compared image manifestations between hrct and x-ray chest film with 12 cases of clinically suspected iip in the elderly.results ct and hrct had more sensitivity and specificity than x-ray chest film.there were more image manifestations in hrct such as grand grass,net,line,nodular,honeycombing,bronchiectasis,honeycombing cyst,peribronchovascular interstitial thickening and irregularity.there were significant difference between them （p.05）.these patients who were suspected iip had better control and remission after being treated with hormone and immuno-suppressive drug.conclusion it have more significant virtues in hrct to manifest iip in the elderly than x-ray chest film,and it also may manifest iip curative effect.

目的 比较高分辨断层摄影术、x线胸片检查对老年特发性间质性肺炎的诊断价值。方法对12例临床疑诊为间质性肺炎的老年患者，进行胸部hrct与胸部平片检查，并对照分析。结果胸部ct在诊断方面比常规胸片有较大的优越性，hrct则有更高的敏感性和特异性，hrct表现出磨玻璃影、网状、线条、小结节、蜂窝影，支气管扩张、细支气管扩张、支气管壁和血管壁增厚及不规则等征象，12例临床疑诊为间质性肺炎的患者，经胸部hrct诊断的12例，而胸部平片诊断的仅有2例，二者比较差异有显著性（p.05），hrct疑诊的iip患者，经临床激素及免疫抑制剂治疗，病情均得到控制或缓解。结论 hrct表现老年间质性肺炎的特点明显高于胸部平片，且hrct可以反映间质性肺炎的疗效。

The results show that the side wall angle is the major factor, the influence of the friction coefficient between the roller and the tube billet on the external diameter ovality and the wall thickness unevenness is secondary, and the influence of the ratio of side wall radius on the rolling force and the wall thickness unevenness is the least.

结果表明：侧壁角是最重要的影响因素，管坯和轧辊间的摩擦因数对外径椭圆度和壁厚不均的影响居于次位，侧壁半径比对轧制力和壁厚不均的影响最小。
