In the research and analysis of this Meiyu front system, several new views are suggested which are different from previous results, for example, the problems concerning the cut-off of high potential vorticity region, the formation mechanism of Jianghuai shear lines, the frontogenesis mechanism of Meiyu front in different positions, the affection to potential vorticity coming from air mass change.

7在对梅雨锋进行研究和分析过程中，对以前一些科学家所做的某些工作和结论做了进一步分析，提出了几点新见解。如高位涡区南下切断问题、江淮切变线形成机制问题、梅雨锋不同位置的锋生机制问题、质量变化对位涡的影响等。

The effects of friction in surface layer on the structure of front and the frontogenesis in boundary layer, the interaction of orographic disturbance with front, the influence of diabatic process and moist process on the frontogenesis are investigated. Second, the occurrence and development of frontal rainbands have been studied extensively through the observational and theoretical approaches near half-century. However, there are still some problems needing further investigations because of the complication of the precipitation process.

关于锋面降水的产生和分布问题，近半个世纪以来，国内外气象学家进行了大量的观测和理论研究，但是由于问题的复杂性，至今仍有许多问题不清楚，我们利用非静力模式对变形场锋生条件下锋面雨带的发生、发展和演变过程进行了数值模拟和分析。

This doctoral dissertation is composed of several parts: At beginning, the frontal structure, the effects of diabatic heating and orography, the dynamics of frontal circulation and the mesoscale systems associated with front are reviewed. Several problems based on the review are brought forward. First, at present, the semigeostrophic frontogenesis theory is the most appropriate basic framework for the general explanation of the frontogenetic process. However, the comparison between semigeostrophic theory and the observation have revealed some inconsistencies. The newly observational facts increase the inconsistencies.

本博士论文主要由如下几部分组成，首先对锋面结构、地形和非绝热加热对锋的影响、锋生环流及锋面附近中尺度系统动力学问题的历史与现状进行了综述，在此基础上提出需要进行研究的若干问题：(1)、半地转锋生理论直到今天仍是解释锋生过程的最合适的理论框架，但是通过与观测事实比较，人们发现半地转理论不能对许多锋面观测特征给出令人满意的回答，新的观测事实使问题更加突出，这就向人们提出：是什么原因导致半地转理论与实际观测的不符？

The stability and convergence for spectral methods and spectral element methods are presented, with the aid of the knowledge of functional analysis and calculus and with the help of the theorem of Lax-Milagram, the stability and convergence for steady problems, evolution equations and Navier-Stokes Equations are analyzed in detail.
