In the construction of frame structure using reinforced concrete, we often meet a few problems as follows:(1) The thickness of concrete sheltering layer;(2) Different concrete has different intensity grade;(3) The construction of beam nodes by hooping the steel bar;(4) How to anchor the side pillar of the room surface by using steel bar.

在钢筋混凝土框架结构施工中，常会遇到以下几个问题：（1）混凝土保护层厚度问题；（2）混凝土强度等级不同的问题；（3）梁柱节点箍筋施工问题；（4）屋面框架边柱节点钢筋锚固问题。

By using Critical Path Method of network planning technique as the tool,this paper studied the properties of float.Based on the above properties,the super-large type project network is simplified as an equivalent simple network,making the incomputable and complex problem a computable and easy one.What is particular is that the work load of computation of the simplified network is largely reduced whatever agrithorm is used.

本论文用关键路线法(Critical Path Method，简称为CPM)网络计划技术作为工具，在机动时间特性研究的基础上，把超大型工序网络化简为等效的简单网络，从而使不可计算的问题转化为可计算的问题，使很复杂的问题转化为比较简单的问题，尤其是利用化简后的网络求解时间-费用权衡问题，无论使用任何一种算法其计算量都会大大减小。

In our country, open source software is developed slowly and has no mature business model. There're more problems, including the software's security and stability, the legal status ambiguity of open source software organization, whether should respond to the non-payment users, the legal problems in the cooperation, the indemnificatory ways to the employees and the regional character of copyright.

我国的开放源代码软件发展落后、商业化不成熟，存在着更多的问题，包括安全性和稳定性问题、开源组织法律地位的不明确、提供的服务对未付费用户是否应当承担责任的疑问、合作中的法律问题、关于开放源代码软件组织员工或会员侵权的赔偿问题和版权地域性问题。

This thesis starts with analysis of the practical advantages of electronic business comparing with the traditional ones and the basic conditions of developing electronic business. It claims that taxation is a difficult point of electronic business, and points out fell main problems of taxation on the reference of methods of basic problems coped with electronic business by some international organizations and governments. On the base of this, it attempts to point out the basic clues of resolving the problems in commercial taxation of China today and our counter-measures and suggestions. And this can serve for the administration of taxation in China, promoting it to link with internation as soon as possible and become one of the strong countries, which is internationlization ineconomic information.

本文从分析电子商务与传统商务相比较的现实优越性及发展电子商务的基本条件入手，认为税收问题是电子商务的难点；并通过借鉴国际组织和各国政府对电子商务税收问题的基本处理作法，进一步提出电子商务中的几个主要税收问题；在此基础上，通过借鉴国际上对电子商务税收问题处理的基本经验和作法，试图提出解决现阶段我国电子商务税收问题的基本思路和应采取的对策与建议，以期使我国税收管理尽快与国际相接轨，迎头赶上国际经济信息化发展的新浪潮。

论文的主要工作及成果如下：商品房销售中的面积纠纷问题已成为购房者投诉较为集中的一个问题，本文在分析房屋面积量算问题的基础上，探讨了该问题的起因，提出了解决方案，对解决房屋面积量算纠纷问题有一定的借鉴作用。

However, having reviewed the Villager Autonomy of Shanghai in the angle of practitioner, the author found some problems which should be clarified jurally. For example, problem about legal capacity of villager council related to judicial almsgiving when villagers face the supervise of Villager Autonomy, definition of Villager, operational procedure to realize the "Law of Villager Council Structure of P. R.C.", program to guide the Villager Autonomy etc.

These environmental problems including the urban and rural problems, geological problems and roadblocks, physiognomy and lightningproof etc.

这些环境问题包括城乡之分、路障问题、地质问题、地貌问题和防雷问题等。

The experimental results show that the SOM method can get the best result for lesion recognition, the recognition rate of pork tissue and liver tissue are 96.1% and 91.7%, respectively. The recognition rate for PCA-LDA method is lower than that of SOM method because the feature of tissue lesion is linear indivisible.An effective clinic scheme is developed for NETE, and some problems are discussed. For example, nonuniform temperature field conduced by nonuniform energy field; tissue database construction; movement of HIFU transducer with ultrasonic transducer; rectification of HIFU parameters.
