So, in this paper, a circular cavity witha large radius is used to replace the straight boundary of thehalf space, then the half space problem can be changed tothe scattering problem of two circular cavities to the steadyincident P-wave . Having the aid of the mature cylinderfunction theory, the general solutions of the wave functionscan be given, and an infinite linear algebraic equations ofthe unknown coefficients in the wave functions can be gottenwith the boundary conditions and the Fourier complex seriesexpansion technology, the infinite linear algebraic equationscan be approximately solved by the finite trunction withsatisfying some definite precision, at the basis of thissolution of the equation, the variations and the lay-outs ofthe DSCF at the circular cavity boundary vs. the differentincident angles, the different embedded depths of thecircular cavity as well as the different dimensionless wavenumber of the incident P-wave.

为此，本文采用一个半径很大的圆孔来代替半空间的直边界，将该半空间问题转化为一无限大空间中两个圆孔对稳态P波的共同散射问题，借助于成熟的柱函数理论，通过写出问题波函数的一般形式解，利用问题的边界条件，并采用复数傅立叶级数展开技术将其化为一个仅包含问题波函数中未知系数的一无穷线性代数方程组，在满足一定计算精度的前提下，通过有限项截断进行近似求解，进而讨论了圆孔边界处的动应力集中系数随不同入射角、不同的圆孔掩埋深度、入射波的不同无量纲波数以及介质的泊松比变化和分布情况。

In this project, we study the theory of higher order differential equations in Banach spaces and related topics. We solve an open problem put forward by two American Mathematicians and two Italian Mathematicians concerning wave equations with generalized Weztzell boundary conditions, introduce an existence family of operators from a Banach space $Y$ to $X$ for the Cauchy problem for higher order differential equations in a Banach space $X$, establish a sufficient and necessary condition ensuring $ACP_n$ possesses an exponentially bounded existence family, as well as some basic results in a quite general setting about the existence and continuous dependence on initial data of the solutions of $ACP_n$ and $IACP_n$. We set up quite a few multiplicative and additive perturbation theorems for existence families governing a wide class of higher order differential equations, regularized cosine operator families, regularized semigroups, and solution operators of Volterra integral equations, obtain classical and strict solutions having optimal regularity for the inhomogeneous nonautonomous heat equations with generalized Wentzell boundary conditions, gain novel existence and uniqueness theorems,which extend essentially the existing results, for mild and classical solutions of nonlocal Cauchy problems for semilinear evolution equations, present a new theorem with regard to the boundary feedback stabilization of a hybrid system composed of a viscoelastic thin plate with one part of its edge clamped and the rest-free part attached to a visocelastic rigid body. Also we obtain many other research results.

在本研究中，我们对Banach空间中的高阶算子微分方程的理论以及相关理论进行了深入研究，解决了由美国和意大利的四位数学家联合提出的一个关于广义Wentzell边界条件下的波动方程适定性的公开问题，恰当地定义了Banach空间中的高阶算子微分方程Cauchy问题的算子存在族及唯一族，建立了齐次和非齐次高阶算子微分方程Cauchy问题适定性的判别定理，获得了关于高阶退化算子微分方程的算子存在族、正则余弦算子族、正则算子半群、Volterra积分方程解算子族的乘积扰动和混合扰动定理，得到了关于以依赖于时间的二阶微分算子为系数的一大类非自治热方程非齐次情形下的时变广义Wentzell动力边值问题的古典解、严格解的最大正则性结果，获得了半线性发展方程非局部Cauchy问题广义解和经典解存在唯一的判别条件，从实质上推广了现有的相关结果；得到了一部分边缘固定而另一部分附在一粘弹性刚体上的薄板构成的混合粘弹性系统的边界反馈稳定化的新稳定化定理，还建立了一系列其他研究结果。

Quadratic assignment problem is a NP-hard combinatorial optimization problem and has been applied in various fields. There are always many zero elements in the flow matrix or distance matrix of the quadratic assignment problem instances which are abstracted from the practical problems. Much computation time can be saved if we can first reduce the size of the problem by using its zero elements.

二次分配问题(quadratic assignment problem， QAP)是应用于诸多领域的组合优化NP-难题，许多从实际问题中抽象出来的二次分配问题，其流矩阵与距离矩阵中存在大量零元素，如果在该类二次分配问题的求解中，能够充分利用这些零元素的信息，将大大缩减问题的规模，节省大量运算时间。

Chapter two reviews the literature in this field. Chapter three and four point out the problems existing in our country's loan-loss provision accounting policy and practice. Chapter five to chapter eight systematically review the experiences of amphibolous, debate, conflict and harmonize process of ALLL standards in America since 1975, as well as the latest dynamics on the measurement model of loan asset. The problems, experience and lessons of the whole process are analyzed from the professional perspectives of accounting recognition, measurement and disclosure. Chapter nine gives some suggestions to our country's loan-loss provision accounting policy based on the American experience. Chapter ten concludes.

第二章对国内外有关贷款损失准备金问题的实证及规范研究进行了回顾；第三章和第四章分析归纳出我国在贷款损失准备金会计政策及计提实务中存在的若干问题；在第五至第八章从确认、计量和披露等角度系统回顾了美国1975年以来在贷款损失准备金会计政策问题上所经历的模糊、分歧、冲突与协调历程及其对银行稳健和信息透明的影响，并对其在贷款资产价值计量问题的上最新发展动态进行追索和讨论；第九章在借鉴美国经验的基础上，针对我国贷款损失准备金会计政策与实务中所存在的问题，提出若干政策建议；第十章给出本文结论。

本文着重指出台州市农民专业合作社发展存在的问题：(1)发展不够快，覆盖面小；(2)合作社的法人地位问题未明确；(3)合作社的税收优惠问题未解决；(4)合作社的融资问题难落实；(5)合作社的销售问题；(6)内部运作不够规范；(7)与会员的利益关系不够紧密；(8)服务层次低，市场竞争力不强；(9)行政色彩较浓。

This study investigated the status of college young teachers' mental with SCL-90 and EPQ. It shows that there are four problems about college young teachers' mental health: body and mind, interpersonal relationships, stress, emotional stability. We create the model of college young teachers' mental health training according to behavioristic learning idea .

本研究采用临床症状自评量表(SCL-90)和艾森克个性问卷对亮校青年教师心理健康状况进行调查，结果显示高校青年教师主要存在的问题表现在生理与心理问题、人际关系问题、心理压力问题、情绪稳定性问题等四方面。

In this article,we will focus on the human resource present situation in ZYEU,taking present situation into consideration,arguing that the average degtree of branching is not good enough,and there has been some inconsequence in the age structure of basic staff,some of who still haven't got requisit qualification.All of these must be changed through training.But as it comes to the practice nowadays,there are many mistakes in training such as mis-understanding in training idea,lack of requisit teaching utilities,problems of training management and services,shortage of evaluation in training effeciency. Then,solutions are surggested in the thesis,for example:change the concept to confronte challenges,establish training demand analogy machanic,defuse conflicts in training with modern matheds,establish evaluation in training effeciency etc.

本文结合遵义市电力公司的实际，分析了遵义市电力公司的人力资源现状，认为目前该公司的人力资源状况存在包括员工文化程度整体偏低，基层班组人员年龄结构不尽合理，部分基层班组学历层次偏低等问题，必须通过培训来加以提高，但从目前培训的实践来看，培训又存在诸如&培训观念存在误区&、&缺乏必备的师资与基础设施&、&培训的管理和服务存在问题&、&培训缺乏效果评估机制&等问题，论文接着针对培训所存在的问题，提出了解决问题的对策，包括改变观念迎接挑战，建立培训需求分析体系，利用现代手段解决培训矛盾，建立培训效果评估体系等。

And the frontal technique is adapted to solve the FE equations. The techniques are studied to deal with the large slip frictional contactproblems between a deflectable body with large deformation and a rigid bodywith flat or curved surface. A new algorithm is presented to resolve such contactproblems, including incremental displacement constraints and force constraints,and the modules are programmed. The performances of tire under static load invertical loading state and camber state are analyzed by this method. And theexperiments were carried out at the same condition as used in analysis process.

研究了大变形柔性体与具有平面及曲面外形刚性体之间的大滑动摩擦接触问题，提出了求解这类接触问题的位移增量约束和主动力增量约束处理方法；编制了大变形柔性体与具有平面及曲面外形刚性体之间的大滑动摩擦接触问题求解模块；利用本文提出的大滑移接触问题处理方法，分析了轮胎在径向静载和静态外倾加载条件下受力和变形，并对部分分析结果进行了试验验证，验证结果表明，本文提出的位移增量约束和主动力增量约束处理接触问题的方法是正确可靠的，而且具有精度高、收敛性好、收敛速度快的优点。
