With the development of new curriculum reform, in order to have a better implement on inquiry teaching in general middle school physics class, we investigated on practice implement status in quo in Chongqing No 48 junior middle school physics class by using case study ,comprehensive using different methods such as interview, questionnaire, class observation and literature analysis. By investigation we find some problems existed, discuss on basic idealities and discuss the implementary strategies in junior middle school physics teaching, then put forward some suggestions for its further development.

随着新课程改革的深入进行，为了在普通中学物理教学中更好地实施探究教学，本文采取个案研究方式，综合运用访谈、问卷调查、课堂观察及文献综述等多种方法，对重庆48中初中物理课堂探究教学实施现状进行研究，发现了其中存在的问题，探讨了初中物理教学的基本理念与实施策略，并为其进一步发展提出了建议。

As such, an intermediating factor, Relationship Quality is adopted and applied in this causal model. The top 500 companies from service industry and top 100 companies from financial industry are included in the questionnaire survey. 本研究以天下杂志公布之二OOO年服务业前五百大与金融业前一百大为研究对象，以问卷调查之方式探讨CRM气候、关系品质与组织绩效三者间之关系；其中，CRM气候为企业顾客关系管理执行之情况，并以组织制度与人事、资讯科技工具、资讯应用三构面来衡量；而关系品质构面则包括信任、相依度、承诺与冲突；最后，在组织绩效之衡量方面，涵括策略性组织绩效、服务流程、服务能量与员工四个构面。

Methods: A total of 117 CHF inpatients were inventoried by depression status inventory and symptom checklist-90. According to DSI score, 58 depression patients were randomly divided into intervention group (30 cases) and control group (28 cases), then psychological/drug intervention and relaxation training were performed in the intervention group, while routine therapy for CHF were performed in control group. The effect between two groups was compared.

This thesis investigates and analyzes ten colleges in Shandong Province randomly with the aids of some ways, such as documentary studying, questionnaire and statistics. The conclusion was drawn as following. Some teaching staffs can not definitely understanding teaching instruction. The students can not understand track and field education correctly. 本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法，对山东省随机抽查的10所普通高校的体育课程田径教学进行了调查与分析，得到以下结论：部分体育工作者对教学指导思想理解不明确；学生在认识上有偏差；传统的教学模式与方法制约田径课的教学；受社会环境影响，价值取向发生改变；教师思维闭塞，实践教学滞后；教师在教学思想上有顾虑；教学考核形式单一，隐性评价空缺；场地、器材对选修项目的影响；体育教师的业务能力对选修项目有影响；高校扩招对体育选项课的影响。

Secondly, based on the findings of investigations and interviews, and the hypothesis that through fostering learner autonomy in learners, the negative situation would gradually be changed for the better, and students and teachers could cooperate more satisfactorily in the process of EFL learning and teaching, I adopted and designed ways of fostering learner autonomy and carried out the experiment to see whether or not by so doing, learners' attitude towards English learning will be changed and their English level will be improved accordingly.
