Innovative Results】Based on study on colorectal cancer screening in Xiacheng district,the results have showed that①The CRC screening in urban area based on guideline established by our units had the same good results as in rural area.High risk factors questionnaire investigation had important role in CRC screening and it can make up the shortcomings of iFOBT and detect nonbleeding lesions,especially precancerous lesions such as adenomas and polyps;②Each high risk factor was sorted according to sensitivity and specificity for the first time among natural population in city.

通过对下城区大肠癌筛查的研究①首次证明来自于中小城市农村的大肠癌筛查方案对城市社区自然人群与中小城市农村的自然人群一样具有较好的检出效果，证明了问卷调查对大肠癌筛查的重要作用，能弥补iFOBT不足，发现其不能检出的包括不出血病变，尤其是腺瘤、息肉；②首次在城市社区自然人群中对各高危项目根据诊断的敏感度及特异度进行了排序。

本研究采用文献研究法、问卷调查法、路径分析法、因素分析法、经验实证法与实验验证法等研究方法，在借鉴国内外己有研究成果的基础上，从揭示中学生考试心理问题的发展现状出发，系统考察考试心理活动过程揭示考试心理素质的内涵、结构、功能及其发展规律；探讨运用心理素质教育实验解决其考试心理问题进而促进学生考试心理素质发展的可能性、现实性和有效性。

Methods A total of 2 285 community residents, at the age of 51±16 years, from 4 different communities in Beijing, were randomly recruited in this cross-sectional investigation. Questionnaire was used to collect their medical history. Their PWV was detected by oscillometry. Objective To study the infection status of body lice among the middle and primary school students in rural areas and to explore the relationship between the infection and personal or social factors. Methods 758 rural students were recruited in Bengbu. The eggs, nymph or adults of Pediculus humanus corporis in the seams and folds of clothes were examined by eyes. Students were surveyed about the factors including personal hygiene habits, parents' educational level and occupation, living conditions and the number of family children by questionnaire.
