Absrtact: Through questionnaire , documents , data and statistics , the author makes an investigation into middle school student' s present condition of PE and health behavior in G ansu Province1 The results :Almost hal f students don' t have a complete knowledge of PE and there is di fference between knowledge and behavior ;They are more interested in the characteristic and recreational sports items ;They have a better understanding of health concept and its elements ; Knowledge of sel f health care lacks1 On the basis of these , the author puts forward s ome countermeasures and suggestions.

摘 要：采用问卷调查、文献资料调研和数理统计等方法，对甘肃省中学的体育与健康行为状况进行了调查研究。发现甘肃省中学生对体育的认识与行为之间存在着差异，对具有特色性和娱乐性的运动项目兴趣较浓，对健康内涵以及影响健康因素的理解程度较好，自我保健方面的知识缺乏，在此基础上提出了若干对策与建议。

Methods:1236 patients with ROU and 983 healthy person were studied the upper disgestive tract diseases by questionnaire investigation at Navy 401 hospital from 1996to 1999,and asked them to have a examination by astroscopy when they were upper disgestive tract patients.
