Result: Of 150 cases doubtful ICVD patients, 116 cases (77.4%) had exception cerebrovascular change. A total of 96 cases patients, who suffered from narrow of cerebral artery or cerebral arterial occlusion, were carried out the interference treatment of infusion and then the change of myodynamia was observed.

结果：150例疑有缺血性脑血管病的患者中，有116例(占77.4%)显示脑血管异常改变，96例脑动脉狭窄或闭塞病变者行介入灌注治疗后，即刻观察肌力变化有不同程度提高，无1例发生护理并发症。

The myodynamia had, to some extent, improved without nursing complications found. Conclusion: The DSA could promote the recall rate of ICVD, which is a necessary standard for evaluating the narrow of cerebral artery and cerebral arterial occlusion and also is necessary for the choice of treatment plan. It is very important for the further treatment of ICVD and the sound nursing care is one of the successful factors for DSA.
