Methods:The expression of CK20mRNA in portal venous blood from 30 colorectal cancer patients was detected by fluorescent quarto RTPCR,and the results of CD44v6 and PCNA in colorectal cancer tissue were determined by means of immunohistochemistry,and then compared with control groups through statistics analysis.

应用荧光定量RTPCR法检测50例大肠癌患者回流门静脉血中CK20mRNA，同时应用免疫组织化学方法测定大肠癌癌组织中CD44v6、PCNA的表达，并与对照组比较。
