Objective To explore the changes of portal hemodynamics and hemorrheology in development of experimental liver cirrhosis.

目的 探讨肝硬化时，血液流变学和血流动力学在门静脉高压症形成中的意义。

CTPV can cause a series of changes in portal vein system,biliary system and in hepar.

CTPV可引起门静脉系统、胆管系统、肝脏等的一系列改变。

CTPV was a slow compensation to CTPV,which could cause series of changed in hepar, biliary and vessel system,and the changes could be different due to the different causes.

结论CTPV是门静脉系统栓塞后机体的慢性代偿过程，它可以引起肝脏、胆系及静脉系统的异常，不同原因的CTPV各方面的表现亦不完全相同。

Results According to the experience, the enhancement threshold of aorta, portal vein and hepar were set at 70 HU. The onset and ending time of enhancement threshold were found.

结果根据经验确定主动脉、门静脉及肝实质的增强阈值为70HU，并找到增强阈值达到和结束的时间。

Objective To investigate the effect of TNF-α on development of portal hypertension.

Methods: 180 cases with liver cirrhosis induced by hepatitis were randomly divided into two groups:the control group were treated by western medicine together with some routine treatment,while the treatment group were treated as the control group plus medical instrument on hepatic diseases of type I DSG by which the hypochondrium was irradiated. Such marks as the total efficacy, liver funcititon, the inner diameter of portal vein, the volume of blood flow and the velocity of blood flow of portal vein, some marks related to fibrosis, ie, HA, LN, PC-Ⅲ,Ⅳ-C were observed.

选择肝炎肝硬化患者180例，随机分为两组，对照组以西药常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用DSG-I型生物信息肝病治疗仪照射肝区，观察治疗后的总有效率、肝功能、门静脉主干内径及血流量、血流速度和肝纤维化指标HA、LN、PC-Ⅲ、Ⅳ-C的变化。

Methods 12 healthy male SD rats were anaesthetized and heparinised. The right carotid artery, jugular vein and two distal ileocolic veins were cannulated for blood transfusion, volume compensation, drug infusion, and blood sampling respectively.

方法健康雄性SD大鼠l2只，作右侧颈动脉、颈静脉插管；开腹后，经回结肠静脉作门静脉插管，分别用以输血、输液、给药、留样、检测等。

In medium and high energy groups, histological cholestasis presented characterized by bile plugs in bile ducts, proliferation of interlobular bile ducts, bile pigments in Kupffer cells and hepatocytes, and above performances were more severe in high energy group. In medium energy group, there was only mild liver steatosis, whereas there was significant steatosis in high energy TPN group, and fat accumulation was periportal in distribution.

中能量和高能量TPN组肝组织出现胆栓形成、小叶间胆管增生、肝细胞和枯否氏细胞内胆色素沉积等淤胆特征，而以高能量组较严重，在中能量组仅出现轻度肝脂肪变性，而高能量组出现明显肝脂肪变性，脂肪沉积主要分布于门静脉周围区。
