Methods 104 gravida with long distance telephone monitor system and umbilical cord indicated by B type uetrasound in our hospital from 2002.5 to 2005.12 were divided into research group that the age from 22 to 41 years (46 cases),which was wronitored by fetal movement counting at home and long distance telephone fetal monitoring system in self monitoring,and control group thad the age from 22 to 39 gears (58 cases ),which was monitored by fetal movement counting at home and fetal monitoring system at hospital.

2002年5月至2005年12月在我院门诊进行产前检查自愿应用远程胎儿心率监护的高危孕妇及B超显示有脐带绕颈者46例为研究组，按规定在家中进行胎动计数，并随时进行远程胎儿心率监护。孕妇年龄22岁~41岁，平均(27±4)岁。58例对照组，在家中以胎动计数进行自我监护，定期到医院进行常规胎儿心率监护，年龄22岁~39岁，平均(26±8)岁。

Methods:106 patients were randomly into two group treated with laser,66 patients were treated with Ultrapuilse 5000c CO 2 laser and 40 patients treated with potasium titanyl phosphatelaser,and the clinical effect were evaluated.

Factors in VVC patients ,the VVC patients used of uncleaned ladies'goods is 9.46% and used of antibiotic is 16.11%, used of vulva wash is 17.39. Conculsion:1.The incidence of VVC is the hightest. The age of VVC is among 18 to 35.2.The symptoms of VVC are obrious vulva pruritus ,lightly pain in vulva and the congestion in 1/3 vagina mucositis. 3.There is obviouly difference in uncleaned ladies'goods and used of antibiotic and used of vulva wash.

1、妇产科门诊就诊的患者中VVC所占比例最高，且以18-35岁年龄为主；2、VVC患者主要症状及体征为外阴明显瘙痒、轻度阴道疼痛、阴道壁粘膜充血、阴道分泌物多且无溢出，以单纯性VVC较多见；3、经期使用不洁卫生用品、长期使用抗生素及经常使用阴道冲洗器有显著性差异是VVC的危险因素。

Material and Method: This retrospective study investigated 212 couples, i.e., sexual partners, who visited our offices because of unconsummated coitus due to failure to penetrate the vagina, of them, 129 couples completed the full course of treatment and follow-up.

材料和方法：由212对因为阴道插入困难，导致无法完成性交而至我们门诊的伴侣中，其中有129对完成了完整疗程的评估及治疗，并且有完整的追踪及病例可以查阅。

Methods 97 healthy pregnant women and 46 healthy unpregnant women were chosen randomizely and arranged into observe group and control group respectively.

在我院门诊及住院的25～35岁妊娠妇女中随机选择97例健康妇女作为观察组，未妊娠妇女中选择46例健康妇女作为对照组。
