Methods: 12902 pregnant women who were accepted periodic prenatal examination and delivery in our hospital were detected by dopier color ultrasound from July 2004 to January 2006. We measured the width of bilateral renal pelvis, and followed up the fetuses with pyelectasis thicker than 5mm. Results:226 cases were found having unilateral or bilateral pyelectasis thicker than 5mm.

2004年7月~2006年1月南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院产前诊断中心对在本院门诊定期产前检查及住院分娩的孕妇进行胎儿产前多参数超声筛查12902例，超声测量胎儿双侧肾盂宽度，对肾盂扩张≥5mm者，分组进行随访观察。

临床部分，抽取广州中医药大学第一附属医院内科&热病&门诊SLE病人73例，使用统一的自制问卷和标准心理学量表对研究对象进行调查和测量，由研究对象自填基本信息采集表，得到患者的一般情况；自填心理学量表，包括ZUNG焦虑自评量表、ZUNG抑郁自评量表、艾森克人格问卷、心理健康自评量表(SCL-90)、领悟社会支持量表，得出SLE患者的焦虑障碍、抑郁障碍情况、个性心理特征、心理健康水平、领悟社会支持水平；根据患者的四诊资料和固定中医师的临床辨证确定患者的证型；根据患者的症状体征及实验室检查指标确定其狼疮活动性。

Methods:124 outpatients of vaginitis were choosed,69 cases with badness by long-treatment or recrudescent as the observation group and 55 cases with first catch the disease as the control group.

门诊外阴阴道念珠菌病的患者共 12 4例，6 9例久治不愈或反复发作者为观察组，5 5例初染者为对照组。

自2007年3月～2009年1月，对就诊于福建省第二人民医院和福建省立医院消化内科门诊、住院和福建省消化内镜中心具有典型的烧心感和反流症状（如胸骨后疼痛、反酸或反食）患者行电子胃镜检查，排除有食管黏膜损害或Barrett食管等表现的患者，筛选出非糜烂性胃食管反流病患者，行反流性疾病问卷（reflux diagnostic questionnaire，RDQ表）对其症状评分，应用国际通用的焦虑自评量表（Self-rating anxiety scale，SAS）、抑郁自评量表（Self-rating depression scale，SDS）对所有入选患者进行焦虑和/或抑郁状态心理测评，并统计总积分，观察非糜烂性胃食管反流病患者症状积分与心理因素的相关性。

CASE REPORTS1248 urine samples with the false positive phenomenon of red blood cells were analysed by UF100 urine sediment analyzer, dry chemical analysis and microscopic examination. The results showed that the crystal, miscellaneous germs and saccharomycete were main factors of affectting the detected results by UF100 urine sediment analyzer.

病例报告］选择1248例门诊患者尿液标本，进行尿沉渣分析、干化学分析和显微镜检测，并进行比较，结果见尿细菌、结晶及酵母样菌等是影响UF100全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测结果的主要因素。

根据区组随机化设计原则，将符合研究条件的90例门诊肩关节周围炎患者按1：1比例随机分为两组，分别给予温针灸&肩三针&和针刺&肩三针&治疗，治疗组：采用温针灸&肩三针&：先针刺肩三针，艾柱取每段2cm，每针每次燃烧2段，每天1次，10次为一疗程，共2个疗程。
