Arterially perfused rabbit left ventricular preparations were used in the present study to simulate LQT2 by perfusing with d-sotalol. Transmembrane action potentials from epicardium and endocardium were recorded simultaneously, together with a trasmural ECG, in arterially perfused rabbit left ventricular preparations by use of 2 separate intracellular floating mocroelectrodes.

为探讨心室肌跨壁复极离散和心脏兴奋的恢复性质在长QT综合征室性心律失常发生过程中的作用，应用冠状小动脉灌流的兔左室肌楔形组织块标本，分模型组和对照组，采用浮置玻璃微电极法同步记录心室肌内、外膜心肌细胞动作电位和跨壁心电图。

ETHODS: The gastrocnemius bundle branch and soleus muscle bundle branch of the right achilles tendon were sutured after surface skin and subcutaneous tissue discission. The gastrocnemius bundle branch was transected at 2 cm above calcaneal bone insertion and a 2-cm silicone tube was applied to separate the site of suture using 5-0 modified Kessler method. The site of suture was treated with nothing in silicone tube as the blank control group. In other three groups, the site of suture was treated with 100, 50, 10 ng VEGF in silicone tube at the operation day and 7, 14, 21 days post-operation.

切开家兔右侧跟腱表面皮肤、皮下组织，钝性分离跟腱的腓肠肌束支和比目鱼肌束支，于跟骨止点上方约2 cm处横行切断跟腱腓肠肌束支，将2 cm长硅胶管套入一侧断端，5-0缝合线改良Kessler法缝合跟腱，缝合后将硅胶管覆盖跟腱缝合处，空白组硅胶管内不加药，其他3组于手术当日及术后第7，14，21天往硅胶管内加入血管内皮生长因子100，50，10 ng。

Results:The blood supply of medial arm cutaneous nerves origined from three cutaneous branch of intermuscular septa, which from superior ulnar collateral artery, brachial artery and inferior ulnar collateral artery.The mean diameters at the originated site were 1.0 mm, 0.6 mm and 0.7 mm.

结果：臂内侧皮神经的血供来自尺侧上副动脉肌间隔皮支、肱动脉肌间隔皮支和尺侧下副动脉肌间隔皮支，起始处外径分别为1.0 mm、0.6 mm和0.7 mm，穿出深筋膜前长为1.5 cm、1.1 cm和1.2 cm。

Quantitative patella tendon reflex was tested electromyo-graphi cally and maximal volitional contraction of quadriceps were done on 22 unilateral knee of patients with osteoarthritis. The decreased extent of amplitude of maximal volitional contraction and patella tendon reflex were compared.

Abstract］ objective to observe the clinical value of botulinus toxin a on the treatment of spastic cerebral palsy for children.methods thirty children were injected with bta for spasticity treatment,the dosage was 2～5 u/kg; the therapeutic efficacy was evaluated by physician rating scale and dystonia was evaluated by improved ashworth and the result was done with statistical analysis.results 29 cases was obviously improved in symptoms after injection.no obvious side effects were found during and after injection.conclusion btx-a proves to be a simple,safe and effective method in the treatment of the spastic cerebral palsy.in short,it is a useful therapeutic option.

目的 探讨a型肉毒毒素对痉挛性小儿脑瘫的临床疗效。方法根据纳入标准，选择30例患儿作为观察对象，采用bta肌肉注射，剂量为2～5 u/kg。疗效评定：肌张力采用改良的ashworth法评价、prs评分，并进行统计学处理。结果 29例治疗后较治疗前症状明显改善，其prs指标治疗前后比较差异显著（p.01）；按ashworth分级，30例中，治疗前最高5级，最低2级，平均4级。注射后除一例无效外，肌张力降为最高4级，最低1级，平均2级。治疗中及治疗后无明显副作用发生。结论 bta治疗痉挛性小儿脑瘫，副作用小，方法简单，刺激性小，维持有效时间长。bta是改善小儿脑瘫肌痉挛和肢体功能的一种实用性的治疗选择。

The treadmill training of T-group rats were continuously trained for 4~6 weeks at the intensity of about 75% VO2max (18??5～24m／min,gradient of 0°,each motion lasting 50 minutes,twice a day). Detect the content of gastrocnemius MHC mRNA by gastrocnemius reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction,and detect the changes of MHC muscle fiber and its size of cross section area through immunohistochemistry. Meanwhile,apply the electric stimulation to determine the maximal tension of isometric contraction of post-training gastrocnemius.

运动训练组大鼠进行连续4～6wk强度约为75％VO2max(18.5～24m／min，坡度为0°，每次运动50min，每天2次)的跑台训练，反转录聚合酶链式反应腓肠肌MHC mRNA含量，以免疫组化方法检测肌球蛋白肌纤维的改变情况及横截面积的大小，同时运用电刺激观察训练后腓肠肌等长收缩最大张力。
