不同施肥水平下黍子根系对干旱胁迫的生物学响应研究表明，无论施肥与否，拔节期或抽穗期干旱胁迫均会使黍子根重、根长、根活力、次生根数、根系SOD活性及株高与地上部干重明显降低，MDA含量明显增高；水分胁迫解除后，黍子根系增长迅速，表现出明显的补偿效应和根系对水分反应敏感的特点，但干旱造成的不利影响在后期未能完全补偿。

L.sprengeri is fit MS+BA5mg/l+NAA0.1mg/l and L.squamigera is fit MS+BA5mg/l+NAA0.5mg/l, but the medium fit to culture L.longituba haven"t be found.In the period of Subculture-Found of mass production, the most multiplication of adventitious buds in MS+BA5mg/l+NAA0.5mg/l during subculture of L.sprengeri, L.squamigera.

石蒜属植物快速繁殖技术研究中，在无菌无性系建立阶段：鳞茎以0.1％HgCl_2消毒10-12分钟效果最好，而叶、根尖、鳞芽等较干净部位选用0.1％HgCl_2消毒7分钟；用三种石蒜属植物的叶片、根尖、鳞芽及带基盘与不带基盘鳞片进行培养，以带基盘鳞片诱导分化效果最理想，鳞芽易培养出芽，但数量有限，而叶片、根尖与不带基盘鳞片均未诱导分化；带基盘鳞片为石蒜属植物快速繁殖最佳外植体，以鳞茎中部3-15层芽诱导率高，较外层稍次之，内部鳞片诱导率最低；选用八等分法、六等分法、四等分法切割鳞茎，六等分法综合效果最好；每外植体带三鳞片培养最为适宜；三种石蒜属植物各自适合的培养基成分不同，换锦花在MS+BA5mg／l+NAA0.1mg／l中培养效果最好，夏水仙为MS+BA5mg／l+NAA0.5mg／l，而白花长筒石蒜在各培养基组合中培养效果均不理想，其适合的培养条件有待于进一步研究。

The results showed that in the growth period of R. glutinosa, soil ferulic acid, vanillic acid, and vanillin contents had a persistent increase, while β-hydroxybenzoic acid content increased first but decreased then. The addition of ferulic acid (8 μg·ml-1), vanillic acid (08 μg·ml-1), vanillin (12 μg·ml-1), and β-hydroxybenzoic acid (30 μg·ml-1) in water culture had stronger inhibitory effects on R. glutinosa root length, root mass, fresh plant mass, and plant height. Treating with test phenolic acids except β-hydroxybenzoic acid increased leaf chlorophyll content significantly, compared with the control. After treated with test phenolic acids, plant SOD and POD activities decreased after an initial increase, and plant malondialdehyde content increased. In the treatment of ferulic acid, root SOD and POD activities were the lowest, and roots were rotted and dead.

结果表明：阿魏酸、香草酸和香草醛含量在地黄生长期表现为持续增加，而对羟基苯甲酸含量先升高后降低；外加阿魏酸（8 μg·ml-1）、香草酸（0.8 μg·ml-1）、香草醛（1.2 μg·ml-1）和对羟基苯甲酸（3.0 μg·ml-1）对水培地黄根长、根质量、全株鲜质量和株高有较强的抑制作用；酚酸处理使地黄叶片叶绿素含量降低，除对羟基苯甲酸外差异性极显著；经过酚酸处理的地黄幼苗SOD和POD活性为先升高后下降，丙二醛含量升高，其中阿魏酸的处理使根中酶活性降至最低，根部腐烂死亡。

The root hair morphology of cv. RM109 was observed and compared. The results indicated that in the distance of 1 cm to the apical of seed root, the number of root hair of RM109 was 19% of cv. Oochikara, and the root diameters were not different from cv. Oochikara; in the distance of 8 cm, the number of root hair and the root diameters of RM109 were 45% and 79% of cv. Oochikara, in the distance of 3 cm, the length of the longest root hair was 33% of cv. Oochikara; but the length from the apical of the seed root to root hair initiation was not different.
