Results 3 cases of lesions were in the gap of"V"shape between iliac muscle and musculus psoas major on the coronal sections in the lower right abdomen closely adjacent to the cecum,which were narrowed. The lesions showed long even T1 and T2 signals similar to mucous wall particularly in T2WI image. The walls of cyst were thin and even. The cysts were round or oval in shape on transections.The cyst were cucurbits in shape in 2 cases and long cannular in a case on coronal sections and arrowy sections and borderlines of the cysts were clear. The terminal of the cysts showed taper in 2 cases. In addition, cecum polypus was found at the placket of the appendix in a case which was not shown on MRI image.

结果 3例病变均位于右下腹，冠状面位于髂肌和腰大肌形成的"V"形间隙内，与盲肠关系密切，盲肠呈外压改变；呈均匀长T1、长 T2信号；壁薄且均匀，信号与肠管壁相似，于T2WI显示较明显；于横断面分别呈圆形、类圆形及椭圆形，冠状面及矢状面2例显示呈"葫芦"状、1例呈长管状，3例末端均呈"桃尖"样变；边界均清楚。1例于阑尾开口部发生盲肠息肉，MRI未能显示。

Results: Non Contrast MRI appearance of tumor-like cerebritis is of long T1 and long T2 signal but has no characteristic features.

结果：肿瘤样脑炎的非增强磁共振成像表现为长T1、长T2信号，缺乏特征性，其CEMRI表现为（1）斑片状高信号，大小不一，强弱不一，散在分布。

In the patient suspected of having acute hemorrhage, long TR, long TE images are critical for demonstration of the overall extent of the lesion, including those regions adjacent to the hemorrhage which are abnormally bright because of infarction, neoplasia, gliosis, other primary pathology or secondary acute edema.

Results On CT,of 8 cases.Symmetric hypodense areas of bilaleral thalami and internal capsules were fund in 7 cases.symmetric hypodese areas of bilateral basal gangalia were simutaneosly seen in 5 cases.On MRI,of 5 cases,symmetric Long-T1 and long-T2 signals of bilaleral thalami,internal capsules and basal ganglias were fund in all cases;Thrombi were seen in vein of Galen and oringinal of straight sinus in 5 cases in a period of 3～11 day after the disease came on.It were displyed hyperdensity on CT and short-T1 and long-T2 signals on MRI and disppeared in a period of 14～30 days after the diseases came on.

结果 CT表现为双丘脑、双内囊对称性低密度影7例，同时并有双基底节对称性低密度影5例，MRI表现为双丘脑、双内囊及双基底节区对称性长T1、长T2异常信号5例；5例发病后3～11天内于Galen静脉及直窦起始部可见栓子，CT表现为高密度，MR表现为短T1、长T2异常信号，14天后检查栓子消失。
