Through consults my courtyard department of pediatrics patient's medical record massively, my courtyard department of pediatrics medication has 4 kind of unreasonable phenomena: 1 antibiotics uses unreasonable; 2 allay a fever the analgesic to have the abusiveness phenomenon; 3 some doctors treat as the trace element and the Vitamin the absolute safety the nutrients; 4 some doctors take 10% glucose inoculation fluid the newborn commonly used basic fluid.

通过大量查阅我院儿科患者的病历，我院儿科用药存在4种不合理的现象：1抗菌药物使用不合理；2 解热镇痛药有滥用的现象；3 有些医师把微量元素及维生素当作绝对安全的营养药；4 有些医师把10%的葡萄糖注射液作为新生儿常用的基本液。
