Based on the analysis,advance a method of designing and processing modification spiral bevel gear and design a new type of cutter are put forward.By the local synthesis method,the mesh quality of the modification spiral bevel is researched.

在此基础上，提出了一种修形弧齿锥齿轮的设计加工方法，并设计了新型加工刀具，此外，还借助于局部综合法，研究了修形弧齿锥齿轮的啮合质量。

由于国外技术保密，目前尚无有关螺旋锥齿轮磨削力和表面粗糙度在线测量的资料公开发表，螺旋锥齿轮异常复杂的齿廓形状又给这两个物理量的实际在线测量带来困难。
