The main objective of this paper is to use Cu,Zn,Cd and oxytetracycline, norfloxacin as experimental toxicants and Cyprinus carpio,Carassius auratus Pengzenensis, Trionyx sinensis as as experimental creature, studied the toxicity of copper,zinc,cadmium to the larval carps; accumulations of copper,zinc in the larval carps.

本研究以三种重金属和土霉素、诺氟沙星为实验毒物，以鲤、彭泽鲫和中华鳖为实验动物，研究了铜、锌、镉三种重金属对鲤幼鱼的毒性作用，以及铜、锌在鲤幼鱼中的积累。

Fluouricil is usually used as anticancer drug, its derivative, 5-fluoro-uracil-1- acetic acid has good biological activity. Its complexes were presented in literatures. However, the coordination modes of it are paradox in literatures. The single crystal structure was resolved to clarify the confusion. The result indicates the carboxylic group coordinates to zinc ion in unidentate, and the heteroatoms of pyrimidine ring are not involved in coordination.
