K-doped Li2ZrO3 super fine powder has been synthesized by citric acid-ethylene glycol sol-gel method using the nitrates of lithium, zirconyl, potassium as starting materials. The precursor of K-doped Li2ZrO3 and the powder of K-doped Li2ZrO3 have also been characterized by TG-DSC、XRD、SEM measurements. The decomposition of the gel and the formation of the tetragonal crystalline form were analyzed.

Finally, we primarily applied the ionic liquid-polymer electrolyte [P/EMIBF_4/ LiBF_4/Zwitterion] to the LiCoO_2 /Li[Li_(1/3)Ti_(5/3)]O_4 batteries. These batteries show a discharge specific capacity of 91 mAh·g~(-1) and voltage plateau of 2.2V at a rate of 0.05 C in the first cycle.
