The paper introduces PLL with elaborating its principal, the filter of the loop and the theories of noise. In the following chapter, some binds of dielectric resonator oscillators, especially, their operational principle, are introduced. And then the paper expatiates the design, emulation and the implementation of hardware of the DRVCO in this task, and the design and debugging of the PLL.

When the upper and down molds stick to each other, the stroke switch will give off signal and the reversing valve will switch and the oil pump will supply oil to the upper cavity of the pressure cylinder.
