On the basis of twin-roll thin strip continuous casting experiments and solidification structure characteristic analysis of thin strip and combining with the simulation results of effects of technological parameters, the forming mechanism of solidification structure zone (especially equiaxed crystal zone) on 1Crl8Ni9Ti stainless steel twin-roll thin strip was investigated.

在双辊薄带连铸实验和薄带凝固组织特征分析的基础上，结合对薄带凝固组织区的模拟预测结果，研究了1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢双辊薄带凝固组织区的形成机理。结果表明：1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢双辊薄带凝固组织中的等轴晶区不但在凝固类型为半固态时形成，在轧制或理想型时也能形成。其形成机理为，熔池中悬浮游离晶体的沉积、聚集以及在枝晶生长前沿的长大和薄带离开二铸辊最小间隙后，薄带/空气界面换热系数骤然降低抑制了柱状枝品的生长，并促使薄带中部未凝固熔体中游离晶体的择优长大

The anatomical study deepens the knowledge of G-type conducting cells: 1 It proves the theory of two depositional process for secondary wall (Bierhorst, 1960): the discontinuous cellulose layer is laid down before the continuous lignified layer; the former layer is prone to be broken down, while the latter is highly decay-resistant; 2 It suggests that the cellulose primary and secondary walls of tracheids are not perforated. Instead of longitudinal pits (Li, 1992), the lignified tracheid secondary wall of Hsüa possesses irregular simple perforations; 3 In Hsüa reflexa and Huia gracilis, the perforation casts may represent the thickness of lignified secondary wall; 4 The wall structure of G-type tracheid is diversified. At the genus level, the secondary wall structure differs in the distribution, internal shape and structure of the perforations; 5 Perforations of some G-type tracheids combine the characters of S-type tracheids in their distribution, density and diameter.

解剖学的研究加深了对G-型输水管胞的认识 1）验证了管胞次生壁分两个阶段形成的理论（Bierhorst，1960），即先后形成不连续的纤维质层和连续的木质化层，前者易被分解，后者抗侵蚀性强；2）证明管胞纤维质的初生壁和次生壁不具穿孔，Hsüa管胞的木质化次生壁具有不规则的简单穿孔，而不是纵列的纹孔（Li，1992）；3）Hsüa reflexa和Huia gracilis的穿孔铸体可代表木质化次生壁的厚度；4）G-型管胞壁层结构具多样性，植物属一级的分异主要表现在次生壁穿孔的分布、孔腔形状和结构的不同；5）某些G-型管胞的穿孔在其分布、密度和孔径方面可兼有S-型管胞的特征。

The filling process was simulated to analyze local overheat in die resulting from irrational filling and cold shut occurred in far-end in aluminum alloy engine bracket.The results indicate that the defects are caused by irrational ingate design.

针对铝合金摩托车发动机支架在压铸生产中充型不合理导致模具局部温度过热以及铸件充型远端容易出现冷隔缺陷等问题，运用数值模拟方法对压铸工艺过程进行分析，发现内浇道结构不合理是导致以上问题的主要原因。

The foundry has many kinds of casting machines about 460, such as furnaces, moulding and core making, heat treatment, mend welding, permeating, etc .It also has kinds of casting technics, for example ,sand mould ,metal moud, low pressure, die castings, vacuum suction,high pressure, etc.

After that , simulated the Die Casting filling process of liquid metal .First use the spical soft Pro/E to construct the model of Die Casting part; Input it to another soft I-deas to form mesh and put the mesh document to the special soft ProCAST.

接着模拟了金属液在模具型腔的充填过程：运用Pro/E软件对泵盖进行三维实体造型，然后把图形导入软件I-deas中进行网格化处理，并将网格化后的模型输入到ProCAST软件中进行了关于压铸工艺参数的多组正交试验的流场，温度场的偶合模拟，进而从多组试验参数中找出最优的压铸工艺参数。

The flow status of liquid metal in the sand box of group casting was discussed according to the fluid mechanics and heat transfer theory. Not only does the appearance of vying liquid metal happen when group casting between the big and small castings, identical castings in the multiple gates system appear too, even one casting.
