Benzaldehyde nitrogen mustard isonicotinoyl hydrazone was synthesized according to literature method. The copper , cobalt , nickel , chromium , iron , zinc and cadmium complexes of it were prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV-vis, NMR and EPR spectra. The cytotoxicity effect of the complexes was examined on SMMC-7721 cell line. Results show that the complexes have definite antitumor activity and the synergic effect between chromium and the ligand.

依照文献合成了异烟肼苯甲醛氮芥腙及其铜、钴、铬、镍、铁、锌和镉配合物并用元素分析、红外、电子光谱、核磁共振及电子顺磁共振光谱，对这些配合物进行表征，确认了它们可能的立体结构，并研究它们对SMMC-7721人肝癌细胞的作用，结果表明它们均有一定的抗肿瘤作用，发现铬与配体存在有协同作用。
