Material and methods: 18 cases of keratoconus and 7 cases of normal cornea was stained by haematine-eosin, iron stain, alcian blue stain method and observed by transmit electron microscope and scanning electron microscope.

材料与方法：取角膜移植术钻下的圆锥角膜组织18例，无眼病的尸体角膜7例，经苏木精-伊红染色、铁染色、甲苯氨蓝染色、阿尔新蓝染色和透射电镜和扫描电镜观察。
