Results In 84 cases of nerve root type,stenosis was found in 438 intervertebral foramen,of which C6～7 and C5～6 intervertebral foramen stenosis accounted for 79.6%.The causes of intervertebral foramen stenosis were uncinate process articulation hyperosteogeny,intervenebral disc protrusion,vertebral body hypertrophy,zygapophysis hyperosteogeny and dislocation etc.40 cases of vertbral artery type manifested that vertbral artery became slim and deviousness as a result of the compression of vertbral artery （20.7%） by osteophyte.22 cases of myeloid type manifested with cervical spinal canal stenosis,hyperosteogeny of posterior vertebral body edge,posterior longitudinal ligament calcification and cervical intervertebral disc protrusion etc.

结果 84例神经根型中，发现椎间孔狭窄438处，其中C5～6和C6～7椎间孔狭窄占79.6%，椎间孔狭窄的成因有钩突关节骨质增生、椎间盘突出、椎体肥大、小关节突骨质增生、错位等；40例椎动脉型表现为骨赘压迫椎动脉（52.5%），导致椎动脉变细、粗细不均和椎动脉迂曲。22例脊髓型表现为颈椎椎管狭窄、椎体后缘骨质增生、后纵韧带钙化、椎间隙狭窄和颈椎间盘突出等。

Methods］Fifty-two wrists from 40 patients with CTS confirmed by surgery and 32 wrists from 20 healthy individuals underwent sonographic examination of the thickness of transverse carpal ligaments at the level of pisiform bone and the hook of the hamate bone in transverse plane by the same operator.

［目的］探讨超声测量腕横韧带厚度在腕管综合征临床诊断中的应用价值［方法］52侧(40例)腕管综合征患者的手腕 CTS组，均经手术证实，术均行超声检查，32侧(20例)正常人手腕为正常对照组，由同人进行超声检查，测量豌豆骨水平和钩骨钩水平腕横韧带的厚度。

术后经过3—5天的延迟期即开始牵引，2例行不完全截开术者，采用弹性牵引，力量从700g／侧逐渐增加至1500g／侧；4例行完全骨截开术者，首先采用刚性牵引和口外牵引钩，每天缩短牵引钢丝1mm，2例直接达到矫治要求，其余2例达到浅覆盖后，截去口外牵引钩，换弹性牵引和口内牵引钩继续前牵上颌骨。

Conclusion Harrington rod is an effective internal fixation device for the reduction of fracture and dislocation of vertebra with its longitudinal stress. This device corresponds to the biomechanics of the spinal column. But during the operation, complications should be avoided or diminished by performing strict aseptic technique, bending of the rod to a proper physiological curvature which corresponds to injured spine, doing posterior bone grafting and using corset support after operation.

结论哈氏棒是一种符合生物力学的内固定器材，具有较强的纵向撑开力，能使骨折脱位得到很好复位，但亦具有一些缺点，如术中能做到置钩前预制好骨孔，并将哈氏棒预弯成与伤段脊柱相应的生理弧度，加用钢丝固定双棒，行后路植骨融合，术后使用支架保护，严格无菌操作等，可大大降低并发症的发生。
