We selected copper chlorophyll and copper sodium chlorophyllin to have experiments of culturing microalga, under the same of illumination and the concentration of nutrition, comparing with copper ion. The results show that under the condition of illumination, a certain quantity of photosensitizer can produce a great quantity of active oxygen, which has strong effect of death; Copper chlorophyll and copper sodium chlorophyllin have very strong influence to growth of microalga.

由于叶绿素铜钠是水溶的，而叶绿素铜是油溶的，导致微藻对它们吸附性质的不同，微藻吸附的少量叶绿素铜钠促进了微藻的生长，而叶绿素铜在低浓度时对微藻的生长具有促进作用，在高浓度时可以抑制微藻生长、甚至杀灭微藻。

The research indicates that:(1) detecting λmax (277nm) can identify Metronidazole Buccal Tablets prepared by Chongqing Medical College;(2) detecting λmax (321nm) and λmin (265nm) can identify Metronidazole Disodium Phosphate for Injection prepared by Chongqing Medical College;(3) detecting tr (6.7min) in HPLC-UV spectrum can identify Ceftriaxone Sodium for Injection prepared by Chongqing Keru Pharmacy Co.;(4) detecting tR (10.2min) 6.7min in HPLC-UV spectrum can identify Clarithromycin Tablets prepared by Harebin Yida Pharmacy Co.;(5) detecting λmax (254nm) can identify Potassium Sodium Dehydroandroan Drographolide Succinate prepared by Hong Kong Yaohen Co..

结果表明：①测定紫外最大吸收波长λ_(max277nm可鉴别重庆医科大学医药研究所制备的甲硝唑口颊片；②测定紫外最大吸收波长λ_(max321nm和最小吸收波长λ_(min265nm可鉴别重庆医科大学医药研究所制备的注射用甲硝唑磷酸二钠；③测定HPLC-UV中的保留时间(t_R6.7min)可鉴别重庆科瑞制药股份有限公司制备的注射用头孢曲松钠；④测定高效液相色谱的保留时间(t_R10.2min)可鉴别哈尔滨伊达制药厂提供的克拉霉素片；⑤测定紫外最大吸收波长(又max254nm)可鉴别香港耀恒公司提供的炎琉宁。

In this paper, in order to reduce delamination phenomena of cherry tomato juice in the storage processing. The stability was enhanced and the quality was improved, so as to the long-term stability of cherry tomato juice was achieved. The single factor test and orthogonal test were adopted, and stability effects were studied by some stabilizer such as sodium alginate, carra geenan, edible gelatin, CMC, xanthan gum on cherry.
