The results of magnesium and calcium ions tolerance test indicated that the modified SPS, synthesized from the above two methods,has good chelation with magnesium and calcium ions for the crablike carboxyl and ester group and increase the reaction weight with magnesium and calcium ions for addition of hydrophilic group.Both of the two modified petroleum sulfonates could produce ultra-low interfacial tension at calcium and magnesium ions concentration lower than 600 mg/L,whereas the general petroleum sulfonates could only produce ultra-low value below 300 mg/L.

耐钙镁离子能力测试结果，以大庆炼化公司两种渣油为原料，采用上述两种合成方法制备的改性石油磺酸钠，由于产物中引入蟹爪状羧酯基，对钙镁离子有较强的螯合作用，同时增加了亲水基，增大了表面活性剂分子与钙镁离子的反应量，因而在600mg/L的钙镁离子溶液中获得10-3级的超低界面张力；而普通石油磺酸钠仅能在300mg/L的钙镁离子溶液中获得超低界面张力。

3NE、MTT、LDH、ET-1、ICAM-1 and Tie-2experiment show: in the process of oxygen glucose deprivation/reoxygenation ,BMEC have subjected great damagement, I/R groups have significant differences compared with NC groups (p.05);polymorphonuclear leukocyte can aggregrate this injury, I/R+PMN groups have significant differences compared with I/R groups (p.05); after Sivelestat Sodium treatment, the effect of I/R injury has been decreased, I/R+PMN+Siv groups have significant differences compared with I/R+PMN groups (p.05), and NE、MTT、LDH experiment show that the three dose groups there was a significant dose-effect relationship.

3测定NE、MTT、LDH、ET-1、ICAM-1、Tie-2 mRNA均显示：氧糖剥夺/复氧复糖过程能对BMEC造成损伤，I/R组与NC组比较有明显的统计学差异(p.05)；中性粒细胞能加重对BMEC的损伤，I/R组与I/R+PMN组之间比较亦有统计学差异(p.05)；西维来司钠处理后，血管内皮细胞的损伤明显减轻，I/R+PMN组与I/R+PMN+SIR组比较有统计学差异(p.05)，并且NE测定以及MTT、LDH实验提示在西维来司钠三个剂量组之间存在明显的量-效关系，其对BMEC的保护作用有剂量依赖性。

First,the content of surfactant should be more than 18 percent and the content of anion surfactant should be kept in proper proportion to the content of nonionic surfactant. Second,the content of zinc naphthenate should be kept in directly proportional to the content of other surfactant. Third,the content of rosin shouldnt too higher and the content of oleic acid should be kept in directly proportional to the content of rosin. Fourth,the content of water should be kept in a low level (less than 8%);otherwise emulsifier oil will delaminate. In addition,the requisite content of sodium heavy alkyl benzene sulfonate is higher than petroleum sulfonate.

试验表明在以松香、重烷磺酸钠、石油磺酸钠为主要乳化剂时，要获得优良的乳化液，需满足以下几个条件：(1)需在乳化油配方中加入适量的乳化剂，且其中阴离子乳化剂总量与非离子乳化剂总量的应保持适当的比例；(2)乳化油中环烷酸锌的量与其它乳化剂总量要保持正比关系；(3)乳化油中松香的量不易过大，且油酸的加入量应与松香量成正比；(4)乳化油中水分含量不易过高(一般不能大于8％)，过高时稳定性不好，易分层。
