Sodium amalgam was synthesized according to the method developed by Shanghai Silicate Research Institute, Academy of Sciences of China, by mixing high purity sodium electrolytically purified from industrial grade sodium at 350℃ with amalgam and using ceramic material containing a small amount of Na_2O as separating film.

作者采用中科院上海硅酸盐研究所研究成功的钠汞齐制造工艺，以含少量Na_2O的陶瓷材料为隔膜，在350℃下电解工业级金属钠制成高纯钠，再合成出钠汞齐。

Results from whole-cell patch clamp showed: 1 BmK Ⅰ(α-like neurotoxin) was found to prolong the duration of action potential and promote the amplitude of action potential. The effects could be attributed to the selective action of BmK Ⅰ on the TTX-S Na〓 channel: slowing the inactivation process of Na〓 channel, increasing the amplitude of peak Na〓 currents; 2 BmK abT, a new-type neurotoxin with higher sequence homology to β-type scorpion neurotoxin, was found to slow the inactivation process of Na〓 channel and prolong the duration of action potential in DRG neurons.

全细胞膜片钳研究发现：1）类α型哺乳动物毒素BmK Ⅰ可延长部分DRG神经元全细胞动作电位的时程，增加动作电位的幅度，这些效应可归咎于BmK Ⅰ选择性地作用于DRG神经元TTX—S钠通道，延缓TTX—S钠电流的失活化相，峰钠电流幅度增加；2）BmK abT，一个与β型毒素同源性较高的新型蝎毒素可抑制DRG神经元全细胞钠电流失活化过程，使动作电位时程增加。

目的 探讨长期烫吸安钠咖对肝功能的影响。方法应用美国生产的modular p800仪器，对烫吸安钠咖组36例及正常对照组14例测定肝功能情况，对结果进行比较分析。结果烫吸安钠咖组与对照组比较，烫吸组总胆红素较对照组的含量明显降低，在统计学上差异有显著性（p＜0.01）。烫吸组谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、肌酐较对照组升高，在统计学上差异有显著性（p ＜0.05）。结论长期烫吸安钠咖对肝功存在明显的影响。
