The periostea of both experimental and control side of the mandibular ramus were taken and prepared, 2 of each 5 rabbits in a group were prepared for HE stain detection and 3 for proliferating cell nuclear antigen immunohistochemical detection.Results:1, The newly formed bone was detected on the lateral aspect of mandibular ramus after periosteal distraction. The bone was shaped like a hill. It looked very low and was full of holes at postoperative day 28. With the time of consolidation period lengthened, the newly formed bone matured gradually. X-ray examination showed the new bone shaped like a hill. The average values of new bone height at postoperative days 28,35,42 and 56 were 1.86 + 0.15mm, 2.29 + 0.29mm,3.19 + 0.13mm and 4.70 + 0.45mm. Histological examination of both HE stain and picricacid-fuchsin stain showed the increase in the number of osteoblasts and the change in the orientation of collagen fibers and bone trabecula. There were no significant differences between newly formed bone and original bone on the lateral aspect of mandibular ramus at postoperative day 56 histologically.2 Compared with the control side, the distracted periostea proliferated obviously under the microscope, and the number of periostealcells increased with satiation of cellular nuclear per unit area. The images of PCNA immunohistochemical stain of periosteum showed that the experimental periosteum proliferated obviously after distraction compared with the control side.

The Paleoproterozoic Beidahe Group-complex remains as continental shivers in the interior of the North Qilian orogen. In its early stage of development, there occurred abundant amphibolite. The protolith of the amphibolite is basalts. The Alk-∑FeO-MgO plot, REE features and Rittmann index show that the protolith belongs to the calc-alkaline suite and exceptionally shows the subalkaline character. The rock is characterized by higher Al2O3 and ∑FeO and lower Mg#, indicating that it has a higher degree of compositional evolution and that the formation of volcanic rocks is related to activation of older crust. Highly fractionated REE patterns and amphibolite on the Ti-Zr-Y plot, Ni-FeO/MgO plot and Ta/Yb-Th/Yb plot all indicate the characteristics of volcanic arcs and active continental margins. On the geochemical diagram of basalt, the overall REE features are in the main analogous to those of calc-alkaline island-arc basalt, with Sr87/Sr86=0.71617–0.72033,Nd143/Nd144=0.512414–0.512495 and εNd=–2.79 to –4.37,εSr=245.78–305.3, showing that the magma was derived from the crust or subjected to contamination with the lower crust below the continent.

提要：以大陆碎块形式残存于北祁连造山带内部的古元古代北大河岩群早期发育有大量的斜长角闪岩，其原岩为玄武岩，Alk—∑FeO—MgO图解，REE特征，里特曼组合指数等均显示斜长角闪岩属钙碱性系列范围，个别显示弱碱性，斜长角闪岩具有较高的Al2O3，∑FeO和低的Mg#，这些特点反映其成分演化程度较高，表明火山岩的形成与古老地壳的活化有关，有较强分异的稀土元素分配模式，在Ti—Zr—Y图，Ni—FeO/MgO图解和Ta/Yb—Th/Yb图解上斜长角闪岩均显示火山弧或活动大陆边缘的特点，在玄武岩的地球化学形式图，稀土元素整体特征与钙碱性岛弧玄武岩基本相同；87Sr/86Sr=0.716 17～0.720 33， 143Nd/144Nd=0.512 414～0.512 495，εNd=-2.79～-4.37。

In vivo, CXCR4-A549 and A549 cells were injected subcutaneously into nude mice(each group in 6).Four weeks later the mice were scarified and the tumors in situ and the lungs were taken out to be examined histologically.(3) Th cell cycle distribution was measured by flow cytometry to analyse the effect of SDF-1/CXCR4 in the cell proliferation and atoposis. The changes of the intracellular calcium concentration after SDF-1 activation were aslo measured by flow cytometry. Western blot was used to anlayse the phosphorylation of AKT and ERK, and the expression of MMP-2 and VEGF-C.

3为探讨SDF-1/CXCR4在肺癌侵袭和转移中的作用机制：①利用流式细胞仪检测CXCR4-A549与A549两组细胞的增殖和凋亡，分析上调CXCR4的表达后，对细胞生长周期的影响；②利用流式细胞仪检测两组细胞钙离子内流强度，分析SDF-1/CXCR4对钙离子通道活性的调控；③采用Western blot实验检测两组细胞PI3K/AKT、MAPK/ERK相关信号通路的活性，分析SDF-1/CXCR4可能激活的下游信号分子；④采用Western blot和RT-PCR检测两组细胞肿瘤转移相关基因VEGF-C、MMP-2的表达，探讨SDF-1/CXCR4与VEGF-C、MMP-2的相互作用关系。

In this thesis, the research about surface modification of titanium alloy was carried on starting with improving stability of calcium phosphate biomedical coating by force of chemical treatment, Physical Vapor Deposition of titanium metal at high temperature and Electrophoresis Codeposition and sintering technology of the coating. By way of the studying of graded design of microstructure and composition of coating and EPCD and sintering technology, a systemic technology by which a calcium phosphate graded ceramic coating was prepared and sintered rapidly on the surface of a complex shaped product was obtainedand a high function titanium alloy/bioglass/hydroxyapatitegraded coating wasdeveloped.
