Of the followup studies on 30 mixed bleeding cases,17 was normal,2 was dead,and the others were cerebromalacia,cerebral atrophy,porencephaty and calcium.

在30例合并颅内出血中，随访复查发现17例恢复正常；其他13例中，2例死亡，11例均有脑软化、脑萎缩、脑穿通畸形、脑钙化灶等不可逆性后遗症的表现。

The standard of the well contr ol of the disease included:(1) the ocular tumor shrank or even disappeared, and the tumor had creamlike changes or calcification and cicatrisation;(2) no oc u lar tumor recurrence in patients who had undergone enucleation;(3) no metastasi s found in the followup period.

病情得到良好控制的标准为：（1）眼部肿瘤缩小乃至消失，肿瘤病灶呈软乳酪样改变或出现钙化和瘢痕化；（2）眼球摘除者未出现眼眶肿瘤复发；（3）临床检查未见肿瘤转移。

Two cases were isointense or hypointense signal on T1WI and heterogeneous hyperintense signal on T2WI and T2WI STIR. Conclusion Enhanced CT clearly showed calcification and blood supply of the tumor while MRI showed small hemorrhage, cystis foci, necrosis and central stellate scar of the tumor. MRI can provide more useful information in detecting chromophobe cell renal carcinoma.

结论肾脏嫌色细胞癌属少血供肿瘤，CT能清晰显示肿瘤内钙化灶和血供情况，而MRI容易检出肿瘤内小出血灶、囊变坏死灶以及中央星状瘢痕，可对肾脏嫌色细胞癌的诊断提供更多更有价值的信息。

Results: the 2-d sonography performances of breast cystosarcoma phyllodes larger round or phyllodes tumor with clear border, with or without capsule, as it is of low internal echo, uneven, solution of irregular dark, rare calcification, the rear echo enhanced.

结果：乳腺叶状囊肉瘤的二维声像图表现为乳腺体积较大的圆形或分叶状肿物，边界多清晰，有或无包膜，内部为实性低回声，不均匀；出现不规则液性暗区，少见钙化，后方回声增强。

Results :①The MVs were formed by osteoblast of the secret type、dentinoblast and process;② There was a mature process of the MVs in the extracellular matrix.The appearance of the hydroxyapatite was a major mature feature;③ HAP formed initially in the MVs entered into collage matrix and eventually mineralized;④ The shifting sign of HAP from MVs to the surface of collage fibril was observed.

结果：①MVs是由分泌型成骨细胞、成牙本质细胞及其突起芽生进入胶原基质；②MVs在细胞外胶原基质中有一个逐渐成熟的过程，并以羟基磷灰石（hydroxyapatite，HAP）晶体的出现为其主要特征；③HAP在MVs内形成、增多，最终进入胶原基质并进一步沉积、钙化；④部分胶原原纤维表面沉积的HAP 晶体与MVs分泌的晶体有明显的移形迹象。

Results The main CTimages of adrenal neuroblastoma in children were bigger extrarenal tumor ,included :huge and irregular mass(6 cases ),regular mass (2 cases),calcification (87cases),cystic degeneration or necrosis (1cases),bleeding(2cases),crossing of the midline (5cases),wrapping retroperitoneal major vessels (4cases),retroperitoneal enlargement of lymphnode (7 cases),The masses were heterogeneous enhancement.

分析2004年10月～2008年10月经手术病理证实的8例儿童肾上腺神经母细胞瘤的CT表现，如形态，密度及周围结构变化情况，结合临床资料，进行综合评价。结果儿童肾上腺神经母细胞瘤为肾外体积较大肿块，其中不规则肿块6例，规则2例，钙化7例，囊变坏死1例，出血2例，越过中线5例，包绕腹膜后大血管4例，腹膜后淋巴结肿大7例，肾脏向后外侧移位6例。
