We want to increase braze welding qualified higher than 95% by improving product structure and production technology.

目前铝水箱钎焊一次合格率只有80%，主要是主片与水管之间的焊缝泄漏，通过产品结构和生产工艺的改进，希望改进后的一次钎焊合格率达到95%以上。

In order to use electron beam in brazing of precise structures and thermo-sensitive materials,accommodating every kinds of curve brazing seams,a vacuum electron beam brazing temperature closed loop control system was developed using PID controller,electron beam scanning track editing and on-line adjusting technologies,real-time acquisition and handling of brazing temperature.

为了将电子束应用于精密构件及热敏感性材料钎焊，以适应复杂形状曲线钎焊缝的要求，采用电子束扫描轨迹编辑及在线调节、钎焊温度实时采集及PID控制器构建真空电子束钎焊温度闭环控制系统。

At present, brazing technology are widely adopted at home and abroad . In order to verify the availability and applicability of pulse Nd:YAG laser-welding, a comparison is made between the new technology and the present technology in such aspects as the dismantled torsions, the microstructure and the micro-hardness of the weld area and the heat-affected zone, the maintenance of fabrication precision and assembling precision of the components.

本文首次采用灯泵Nd：YAG脉冲激光进行焊接试验，并和硬钎焊获得的拆卸扭矩、焊缝金相组织、显微硬度等进行了综合对比，结果表明，激光焊接能很好地保证支架和支架轴固有的机械性能、耐磨性、加工与装配精度；激光焊连接可靠，耐拆卸扭矩大，符合整体结构性能要求；焊后无需后续处理，可以作为最终工序，验证了激光焊接的有效性、适用性。
